Absolutely wonderful staff ! My Fiancé and I purchased our wedding shoes and the manager took care of us and directed us to our sales person. Janeen took great care of us. Very pleased with their services. We walked out with two pairs of shoes and will be going back for more

Came in so excited to get my first pair of Louboutins and the staff was extremely unhelpful and a family came in and he immediately dropped me and tended to them. Do better.

Fix the hours on your door. Hours state 10am -7pm Mon-Fri. We’ll it’s 10:10am and your closed. You should be embarrassed that you don’t have the proper signage for your hours. I’m not buying a $200.00 pair of Nikes. The customers time is valuable too. I drove an hour to get here, parked walked the mall and this is the result? Unacceptable!

Everyone is so nice in this store , especially Manny who found the sandals I was looking for months. He kept me updated with messages and phone calls, and got them for me before I travel to Europe! Love shopping in here. Thanks again

Hello today came in with my brother he purchased 1000. boat today and the woman was very rude to me because I ask for Price I understand she was helping other customers but there’s no reason to get attitude but I am the one who’s paying for her service.   She gave me a very hard time buying these boots she had too big of an attitude she’s not that great.  You got me very mad and very upset I felt very uncomfortable and I started to cry. I give her 0

I went there to look for a specific pair I saw online and wanted to purchase them in store. The security guard at the door was very sweet and greeted us on the way in and got the door for us on the way out. The person that assisted me was okay and this other associate kept jumping in and trying to assist as well. They didn’t have the specific shoes I wanted and kept insisting that they don’t exist but I knew it was available online. I wasn’t going to argue with them because it wasn’t worth it and I assumed they don’t get commission so the sale wasn’t important to them otherwise they would’ve been more helpful and offered to look online or order them for me. Very strange attitude and them insisting three separate times that this shoe wasn’t available made the whole experience off-putting. I ended up purchasing the shoes I wanted after I left online and won’t go back to this location for future purchases.

Really felt like my money wasn’t good here.. I didn’t come in decked out with my finest attire which lead for the woman helping me to just rush me while she chewed her gum and stared at the phone. I was shopping for my 2nd pair for my birthday and I really just wanted some some suggestions, something ex “ if you liked these you should definitely try these” type of thing and I’m not saying to cater to your customers but even when asking questions it was just like yeah whatever. I was seeing how another salesman was helping another customer and I really wish he was the one to help me because of the way he engaged with them..I gave up and told them have a great day, leaving empty handed. I even called the next day to inquire about the ones I wanted and it was so sad that I got better phone service. Lol

Came with my wife for her second pair. We were being helped by someone then they jumped to help someone else while we were just sitting there waiting. Terrible experience we always have an amazing experience in the City location Christian Louboutin Boutique it’s well worth the drive!

Absolutely horrible store and company.  They gave me damaged shoes, then used ones when I tried to exchange.  Trying to return the second pair for weeks. Have to follow up dozens of times... fill out paperwork and still no refund. Although everyone working is nice and courteous the service is beyond Atrocious
