I loved shopping here. The staff is wonderful and everyone is friendly. Liz was so patient and helped me pick the right bag.

Morita is best hands down. She gets me. Knows what my style is and makes it happen. She finds my Dior Homme for me and lers me know when it arrives. Staff is the best in this high luxury boutique. Saves me time from driving to green st where the nearest Dior Homme is located. Thanks so much Morita you are a big help.

Horrible experience never coming back here or wasting my money in this store ever again. The manger compared my jewelry that i have purchased to the store Claire’s jewelry. He also went on to say that I can’t wear this jewelry everyday when I spent a lot of money on these pieces. Then went on to compare his real gold necklace on his neck saying his doesn’t tarnish, good for you I understand that dior jewelry isn’t real gold but all I was asking was what can I do about the missing diamond and the tarnish of my necklace, I wasn’t complaining or being rude about it and was completely understating that the jewelry isn’t real gold but yet he still was talking to me as if I was an idiot. Very poor customer service, very unprofessional and rude manger. Never again.

This is my least favorite Dior boutique in the area. I’ve visited a few times, thinking it was just a one time observation, but no, the SAs are rude and are not helpful at all. I went in today with the intention to update my wishlist. When I walked in, no one acknowledged me or offered to help. They were not busy either. My favorite Dior boutique in the area is in Hudson Yards, where I purchased a handbag with no pressure from the SA; instead, she was knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful. She encouraged me to come back and try on items that interest me anytime - which is what all designer boutiques allow without judgment.

Customer Service in this boutique is absolutely atrocious. They were only allowing 2-3 customers into the store at a time due to COVID, which is totally understandable. After waiting 15-20 mins in line, no one greeted me upon entering and the worker was just texting on her phone. After telling her I was looking for earrings, she just pulled out two trays of earrings and didn’t even bother asking me if I was looking for anything in particular or anything. She just went right back texting on her phone while I look over the earrings. I asked her if they have any earrings that are heart-shaped and she said everything on the tray was all they had. I’ve been looking at earrings on the Dior website for a couple of days already prior to coming to the boutique to check them out in person. On the website, it stated that the earrings were in stock in this particular boutique, so I showed her a picture of the earrings that I was interested in and she said that they have those and pulled out a bunch of other earrings from another box…. I was already fed up at that point and just brought the earrings and left. The only time she seems friendly was when she finished doing my card transaction. Absolutely would not recommend this boutique and will not be coming back here ever. Go somewhere in NY where service will be a lot more pleasant.

This location for Dior is horrible, I never really give negative feedback but this location was very unprofessional. My wife bought a bag from this location and they only had display model in stock they agreed on getting us another bag which wouldn’t be a display model. 1 week went by no one called us or got back to us after leaving multiple messages. We decided to just walk-in and see if the bag came in, upon arrival they presented us a display model again and lied that the bag does not come with all the packaging. After some back and fourth for a bag we prepaid for, the boutique manger agreed to source another bag. Then for two weeks went by no response from anyone at the facility. When we called no one knew what we were talking about, finally we called Christian Dior headquarters who helped us out in sourcing a new bag from Manhassett, NY. The experience at the NY location was great and the staff was extremely helpful.

Gabriyella is the best! She kindly goes through the shopping process with you, and super detail oriented. She remembered me, even after not being in the store for 9 months! 10/10 recommend

No wonder the bad reviews. We arrived at Dior to see it was closed. The employees were sitting in the back and locked the doors and decided to shut down everything before we could walk in before 6 which was their closing time. I guess they don’t need us to purchase at this particular store. I will purchase at another Dior, since this one has HORRIBLE SERVICE

Disappointed! Very slow service and pretended to have a bag and Sent me paylinks without telling me that she didn have the bag on hand. After paying still not telling me about shipping and stuff until I asked about shipping then she started telling me that she didn have the bag and had to get it transferred over from New York City 57th st. Why don just let me call Dior New York City so they could ship it to me fast!
