Fantastic bistro, highly recommend! The food, staff and atmosphere was exceptional. I live in Ohio and I'd do a road trip just come here and eat again.

Soooooo Goooood!!! Sat at the Chef's bar and watch them cooked. Very accommodating with food requests. We will return.

I've been here for dinner many times when I am in town for work and each time is great! I am a vegetarian and they are very accommodating. Their menu changes daily and doesn't often have specific vegetarian options, but there is a disclaimer on the menu that says if you are vegetarian/vegan/gluten free to let them know and they'll help point you in the right direction. For a long time I didn't come to the restaurant even though I had heard great things because I didn't see that disclaimer on their website, so I didn't know I could get dishes customized! Now, each time I just tell them I'm a vegetarian and they ask some questions to get an idea of what I want/like and then create a dish for me! They even ask if there are any vegetables I don't like which I love because most people assume if you are a vegetarian, you must love every vegetable under the sun. I pretty much always ask for pasta and each time it is delicious! I also really enjoy the cheese board with rotating cheeses one time I was there they had a house-made mozzarella that was amazing. Note that since menu changes daily, they only have so much on hand and sometimes run out of items on the menu - on the positive side, you know everything is super fresh! Everyone I have been here with loves it. It truly is a gem in Plover.

We had a group here for lunch. Upscale prices. $15 for a burger. $18 for stroganoff about 3 ounces of sirloin and lots of noodles in a cream sauce. All the food was good and but prices seemed high. Waitstaff was very attentive. Good service. An enjoyable lunch.

Chef C and his crew never disappoint! Christian's is one of the more pricey stops in town but features an outstanding menu that is worth every penny. Wait staff is spot on and always insure everything is perfect! Stop for lunch or dinner! Eat!

Sat night we stopped at the restraunt. We waited one hour and 15 min for our food. The place was not overly busy and we noted five chefs cooking and as many waitresses. People two tables came in after us and got service before us. Of note is that we just had sandwiches which should not have taken long. The chips with the walleye sandwich were soggy with grease and unedible. Quality of food was average or less, surely not worth the price. The atmostphere was extremely loud. Lost some customers here and will not recommend to anyone.

SUPERB flavor profiles at this "hidden gem" of a restaurant. Chef Christian and his crew served up a wonderful meal starting with a powerfully-smoked seafood chowder and finishing with a well-executed seared Grouper over rice also perfectly-cooked flavored with salt pork. I couldn't have imagined my business trip to Plover would result in this type of dining experience!

This was THE best meal I’ve ever had. Service was good and we got our meal within 20min. I was very impressed with the meal presentation. 5 out of 5! Never have anything this good in my life.

What a hidden gem! So inventive but not prententious. 4 Diamond Level Service literally....Meals are served simultaneously to each guest no matter the size...It's like you are at the Ritz circa 1920....Impressively tasty. Potentially a bit salty and overseasoned at times....But not a problem. Amazing desserts. Gourmet soups. Best cheese plate I've ever had...Even in Sonoma

Just ate here last week & it was wonderful ! Had the Gumbo as a starter. Yum ! It was more tomato-based than I prefer I am a bit of a Gumbo aficionado & was light on the chicken & andouille sausage - but, it was quite delicious !! Followed that with the New Orleans Po`boy trout sandwich. It was quite light on the remoulade but very, very tasty ! The bartender made me a very, very tasty custom cranberry spritzer on my request - which was unexpected & very much appreciated. The wine German Reisling & dessert warm butter tart with ice cream topped off a beautiful dining experience! Will DEFINITELY be back the next time we are in town visiting !!
