I thought the variety of games was very good and a great value for them. I would highly recommend the timed playing cards, and it's great that they let you pause while you eat and go back to playing!  We got the pizza, salad bar and a reusable cup that has free refills forever. My son and I had a lot of fun going there for lunch and the service was great. I looked online for a coupon and recommend you do the same, they always have them for food and games. I also downloaded the app for a free 500 welcome tickets so make sure you do that as well. This location was clean and only one game I saw was out of order. It was not busy at all on a Friday afternoon which is why we went at 12 and my son and I had a lot of fun. For parking, I turned at the light and went to the underground parking and went up the ramp to park in the lot. Love that they make you check in and out so your kids can't leave without you!

It's very unfortunate when it's over 90 degrees outside ... you take a bus and 2 trains to come celebrate a birthday ... with 5 hot kids and 2 adults and are told that you can't get ice because the "kitchen" is backed up... I am unsure how the kitchen being backed up could cause "NO ICE" ... or how a kitchen could be "backed up" when it's not even busy.....  Not to mention the manager on duty in ear shot complaining and talking bad about a parent whom came to spend alot of money on 5 kids for a birthday celebration. ..really puts a damper on an experience that should have been a good one. I don't believe this was money spent in the right way.... customer service is horrible. ..  your management is NOT a good leader for the other that work here and seem to have a better scope of what's is expected.

OH MY!   I haven’t been here since my first visit - it’s completely remodeled with new games, new digital dance floor and Chuck E.’s new dances are crowd favorites and of course the pizza is the best!  10 Stars.Food: 5/5

I took my kids to their friend's birthday party and we had a blast. The beer was pretty pricey and there was no play area, just video games. Other than that the pizza was fresh and delicious.Food: 5/5

Took my 2year old today. Pizza was delicious, the unicorn churros however were dried up and disgusting. Not what I imagined. Food got to us timely, loved that we could pause game. Only thing, for the money I was paying- I would expect to go to a machine and have all working games but sadly that wasn't the case. There were at least 5 machines, where I paid to play but was unable. There were a few times I found myself waiting at the front for help, but there were no employees to be found. Today was a Monday, and seemed like one of their slow days. The lady at the counter, was sweet and helpful. My babies loved it here. They have lots of fun game for kiddos. The pizza was delicious and so was the salad. There’s a variety of healthy and delicious options in the salad bar. Everything looked clean. The staff are nice and pleasant. Will be returning soon. Thank you Chuck E. Cheese for an amazing time.

Way better than I expected since I haven’t been to one of these since the 90s. Clean and fun for my kids ages 8 and 5

The games are fun and the small kids games have a nice variety. But some games did not play at all some only for a few seconds. Also I couldn't find a child I brought with me and though we were calling and calling. She was in a game that was loud. Later I found out an employee knew she had been in there for a long time and that we were calling but we were never told this by the employee. That was wrong. Also the Chuck-E-Cheese mouse was not out at 11:30 as expected and we had to wait another hour. It was fun but mostly disappointing from the events that happened.

Threw my sons 5th birthday party here and I cannot say enough good things about the staff and the environment they provided during our party. The gentleman who hosted us was great with the kids and with all the directions for myself for the party. Very funny and patient, very attentive, kept the drinks refilled and made sure trash was picked up. Absolutely would recommend for any party ideas. Also DID NOT spend an arm and a leg and the kids had an amazing time! Any kids who didn’t show up, they made sure to take off the bill so we didn’t pay for anything extra.

Worst experience ever. No one helps you with your party now? She cleaned the entire time. The bathrooms were disgusting nobody wanted to clean those. The manager with Shorter brown hair was so rude!! She gave an attitude when I was trying to figure out why we were getting no help for our party!!They didn't bring out are pizza we ordered they didn't bring out the dip in dot for our party until last minute and then made us move tables when no one else was there.
