"The future of our community rests with the youth of today." The specific purpose of this organization is to assist young persons between 5 and 22 years of age who live in, attend school in, or otherwise interact in the City of Chula Vista and its surrounding community in making life choices against the use of illegal drugs or the association with violence-oriented or drug-prone gangs or other peers and for the improvement of such young persons' intellectual, physical, creative and social skills by using the Chula Vista Police Department and its Police Officers and employees as role models, teachers, mentors and associates.
