We LOVE Cicero Animal Clinic. They have gotten us in very fast for any problems with our Dog. Extraordinary customer service, and really seem to care about our pet. Hands down recommend compared to any other veterinarians we have been to.

I had to take in a baby Yorkie &gt;6weeks old, and this Vet has done a wonderful job with him. He is now 6months old, fully vaccinated and has just gotten neutered all by Cicero Animal Clinic. The receptionists, technicians, and veterinarians were all lovely people and very professional. Vets can be very expensive, just like any doctor, but their payment plans make it super easy. I wasn’t looking for anything expensive, as I was thrown into the role of a puppy-mom too quickly and didn’t know how much I could afford, but I ended up getting their most expensive package because it included all vaccines, neutering/spaying, and well-ness check ups. The monthly payments for the plans are super affordable. They inform you on which vaccines your pet needs, and advise you when choosing optional ones. They try to tailor the vaccines to the dog’s lifestyle. But, with the gold plan all vaccines were included so I got my Yorkie as many as he could have. You know exactly what the Vets are doing to your pet, and when. It is a very nice place, I recommend them 10/10.

I have been happy with the care of my pets. Although vet visits are stressful for cats, the team is gentle with the girls, and it is a quick and painless visit each check-up. The process for arrivals is great, and we were out in 30 minutes for 2 appointments. I appreciate how easy it was!

Cicero Animal Clinic is a place I've been going to since I got my cat 8 years ago. I had an emergency last week and they managed to squeeze me in for what ended up being the last time for my cat, Shadow. It meant the world to be able to handle his last day properly and not make him suffer, waiting for a longer appointment. The staff were understanding and kind and supportive for the difficult decision. I can't recommend this place enough and I'm endlessly thankful for their care.

Best vet place I have ever been to in CNY. Highly recommend. Last place I took my dog,he does not like other dogs and the staff let their own dogs which they bring to work walk all around, yet they wanted just all pets coming in to be leashed. This place is so much better and they care. They also have an app which makes it 100x easier for day to day life. Love coming here.

Dr Cargill, and the staff, are caring and compassionate and handle my energetic Labrador retrievers well. They listen and answer questions, and follow-up to see how pets are doing.  I am pleased with the care my pets have received at Cicero Animal Clinic.

All our questions were answered. Great care given to our cat. Friendly staff. The doctor was clearly very dedicated to getting us an answer regarding our pet's issue. That means a lot to us.

I’ve been bringing my pets here for 12 years. The staff are amazing and listen to all my concerns and answer all my questions! I’m confident my pets get the best care at CAC.

Dr Cargill and they entire staff are wonderful.  I know how busy and short handed our veterinarian offices are and I appreciate all they do for my pets.  Highly recommend their practice!
