"The Best Kept Secret in Cicero" is a comment we frequently hear when people visit our facility for the first time. We offer over 40 Group Fitness Classes each week, including Zumba, Zumba Gold, HITT, Yoga, Strength, BOSU, Cardio Drum, Spinning, and more! Our Fitness Room is equipped with State-Of-The-Art Cardio machines, Free Weights, and Assisted Weight equipment. Personal Trainers are available to guide and motivate you in your quest for fitness. We offer childcare for ages 8 weeks to 8 years old during our Group Fitness class time periods with our Family membership. We also offer year round pickleball and men's basketball leagues. Fun and Fitness all rolled into one!
