This facility needs some maintenance! I have been coming to this location for years, but things things keep breaking or needing attention. When you walk in, the first thing you notice is fog on the windows and the musty smell in the air. Fixing/repairing to HVAC to take the humidity out of here would correct this. Why should there be water running down the windows and my glasses fog up instantly when I walk in on a 40° day. Secondly, a lot of the equipment needs some attention as well. Some of the machines that have resistance settings, like ellipticals or exercise bikes, a very inconsistent from one machine to the next. Additionally there are machines that will be going along at your desired resistance level, then it will drop away for a few minutes, only to return with full force a few minutes later after u have increased the exercise level almost stopping you in your tracks! Third thing that is annoying about this facility in particular, is that half of the televisions are on the same station... I don't know why I need to look at six televisions in a row and there are only two channels between them. None of the sound works on any of them for the most part, so I guess it's a moot point anyway. I have repeatedly expressed my concerns to employees working here, but nothing ever seems to get fixed. I don't know if management doesn't feel the need to address it, or the message is not getting relayed to them... Hopefully this message will help! Update: Thank you for the reply. It would be great to know what, if anything, is going to be done to fix these issues and "improve the experience". It has been over a week, and a few months, since I brought these conserns to a few of your employees attention... Love this gym! The night shift is very helpful and friendly. Always clean and welcoming. My only complaint is it isn’t a 24/7 location and the outdated equipment. If a sauna was here it would be fantastic!

I find it really unprofessional that some of the managers/ employees come to work with "hickeys" I feel like managers and employees should hide that stuff or just don't come to work like that in general. Most of all it’s a woman that comes like that to work “ Naomi” i just find it really disgusting... this concern has been addressed before, I took it to corporate.
Had an issue with a male member during a visit. Brought it to the managements attention after having to confront this person. Nick, the manager, did not take the time to listen to exactly what happened. Instead he hurriedly let me know he had my number and if he needed anything from me he'd reach out. I canceled my membership the next day. I felt extremely violated and unheard!! I am pursuing other counsel.
Worst planet fitness that I've ever been to. On Friday, 5/26 I went to this gym while in town visiting my grandma. When leaving the gym, I tried to purchase 3 drinks with the card I have on file. I was told that I couldn't use the onfile card because this wasn't my home gym... confused, I pushed the drinks into a nice little triangle towards the employee Ivan and said "I guess I'll just let you put these back then", and I left. Then today, 5/29, I went to the gym again. I asked for a Barbell cushion and was told I needed to leave something of value as collateral. I was told that people keep stealing the cushions and i said "well thats not my fault. All I have is my phone and water bottle, so I'll leave my bottle". I go do my sets using the cushion, I return the cushion, and am told I'm banned from that location. I asked to speak to the manager Noemi and she tells me she didn't watch the security footage and that she was told I swore, yelled, and threw drinks at her employees. I was almost in tears because I would never mistreat any employee like that. I may have been slightly annoyed because of the continued inconveniences, but nothing I did or said warranted this banning. I feel so targeted and confused.... I'm hoping corporate can show me the videos or at least review them on their own. Don't go to this location, it's dirty small anyways. Weights never put back, only 3 squat racks, and the staff is so rude.
One of my go to Planet Fitness. They don't have signs separating machines like other Planet Fitnesses/gyms. Everyone has there own spray bottle to disinfect their equipment provided by the establishment. The service is a hit or miss, but I just come to workout. Majority of the people were maskless.
A great variety of machines available, friendly staff and not too crowded. I do notice too many patrons walking away from machines without cleaning them. I clean machines before and after using. It's supposed to be the rule and just common courtesy.
Front desk is always welcoming, gym is clean, and theirs always spray bottles available. My only complaint is the gym isn't 24/7 and the machines could be updated like at newer locations really wish they would get more machines or at least new ones.
Can somebody clean, empty trash can, have soap and towels in bathrooms, equipment that works the way it should no loose parts. A manager with a pleasant attitude, not one that rides home on a broomstick
