Cicis

This was the first time I visited since reopening a couple of months ago. I had to tell the manager how I enjoyed the food. The cleaners and server were very attentive. The restaurant was spotless. I even brought my 72 years old dementia mother. She was happy. It no longer ghetto and filthy. We will be back with my grandson and nephew.

IF you like semi cooked DOUGHY PIZZA, with no sauce....You still might not like this place. Everything was GROSS. THE EATING AREA, TO THE BATHROOM. FRONT TO BACK THROW THIS BUSINESS AWAY! I was hoping this was half as good as I remember in back in the day but, its no where near it! Darn I should've bought some DIGORNO

I took my family out for an early dinner not during peak hours and the food was horrible. The pizzas and cheese bread were cold and stale, the desserts were dried out and hard. We've been here several times during peak hours only to find the buffet mostly empty during our visits as the food is not made quickly enough to keep up with the crowds. Cici's used to be one of our favorite places to go for pizzas, but this location is a sad disgrace to the Cici's name.

I just want to say we have came here a few times but today was awesome the guy that works there named Alex he made sure we had everything we needed he kept our tables cleaned great job Alex!! I would highly recommend it to everyone!!!

This place needs a new person in charge the salad bar is a mess. It's so unorganized. Mops and brooms are everywhere the tables aren't clean there is three ranch bottles and all are empty. I talked to the person who seemed to be the one in charge about the ranch and she didn't even look at me. She didn't even bother to attend to the problem. I didn't realize that the customers had to clean their own table when they come in to sit. The floors are discusting and dirty. Trash cans are stuffed. This is not the Cici's I remember.

Not up to par from what I've grown to expect.. The bar was not stocked very well, the pasta bar had very little noodles and burned marinara sauce, the salad bar barely had any ingredients on it, a couple of the employees were cleaning a warming rack instead of making pizzas for the bar, no one was cleaning off the tables even though there were probably 5 to 6 employees still there.. and to top it all off, one of the desserts had plastic still stuck to it. Hate that I waisted a birthday dinner at Cici's this year...

This was our first time having a birthday party at cici's pizza.... We loved it... The young lady that we talking to yesterday made sure we enjoyed ourselves and we had everything we needed... We will be back

Don’t eat here!!!, I door dashed 24 brownies and this how they give me my stuff, not only that it had a hair in it, this place is a joke

This is BY FAR the WORST EXPERIENCE IN DINING I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! NO BOWLS NO PLATES, ALL THE FOOD IS COLD, NO ICE SO HAVING TO DRINK HOT DRINKS... this is the size of pizza they are serving

Paid for pizza buffet, absolutely no food was out at buffet. Never coming here again.
