Good service and good pizza. Everyone was friendly and dirty dishes were cleared fast. Went for one of my granddaughters 7th birthday, lots of fun games for the kids.
Where do I start? Management absolutely amazing! When you have good management you have good staff and guess what they were absolutely amazing! I wasn't sure who she was until the end. I actually approached her to ask her name and I found out that she was the manager, her name was Carol or Caroline. I first asked for a special Pizza to be made and of course she was very happy to take care of that. I've had gastric bypass surgery so I can't have but a little bread. I tasted the topping to a custard dessert and it was delicious so I actually asked her if she can make me the dessert minus the bread and she did happily! Everything was clean, smiling faces and it meant the world to me because I don't get a visit with my grandchildren often unless it's a day they have off for school. We will be back! Great job! Vegetarian options: They can make anything! Kid-friendliness: I love bringing my grandkids here! Parking: Lots of parking!
It’s an all you can eat buffet for pizza and all different kinds of you want a certain pizza that’s not cooked you can request it and kids 3 and under are free relatively cheap considering you can sit there and eat slices after slices you lose count of how many you’ve eaten. The indoor arcade has been updated I’ve came here since I was a kid and I’ve seen how much it’s improved lots of claw games and a few other games but it’s great my favorite part is the cinnamon rolls here they are unmatched Kid-friendliness: indoor arcade
The manager was super great he definitely knows how to run a store. *Edit**** idk where the manager went to but this store is terrible. I will never come back here again. Can you believe they charged me 14$ for these wings. They wouldn't make a new batch. To top it off it taste like the wings were pre cooked earlier during the day and re heated for my family. I hope I don't get food poisoning from this place. I'm so annoyed I paid over 50 $ to eat at this place and provide garbage. The only thing that was nice was our server . He was super sweet. He needs to be managing.
Salad was amazing. Pizza was okay. The pasta was great, and there weren't many desserts. The bathroom was dirty. Most claw machines are rigged and will drop your prize if you get one, and the only good ones are the game, not prizes arcades.Food: 4/5
This place is not a place to go. We called ahead to make sure they excepted our coupons because there were 10 of us going. They said yes they will take the coupons so we went. When we got there, they refused the coupons so we paid almost $100 for all of us to eat and there were only just a couple of pizzas out. The place was definitely not worth it. We will never be going here again.
Me, my boyfriend, and my brother decided we were going out to dinner because today was my birthday and when we got there we could already tell that something seemed off. We paid for the buffet, got our food and sat down, my boyfriend and brother went to get seconds my boyfriend went to ask if they were hiring and the lady didn’t look at him and she was really rude and said that they weren’t hiring people who have already worked there but she said it with an attitude, my boyfriend let it go sat back down and we continued with our night I had a few slices left so my boyfriend asked for a to go box and the lady was rude sighed and said I guess since you came in late you can have a to go box he grabbed the to go box she then said in an attitude that if the general manager was there she wouldn’t have given us the to go box the food was also pretty bad but safe to say we will not be going back and if they close down again I will not be shocked
I used to love this place, but my recent visit the first in a few years was not good. Though somewhat busy on a Friday evening, there were few selections on the pizza bar, and the whole time we were there about 45 minutes they never changed out the pizza on the center island. By the time we were getting ready to leave three of the four pizza plates were empty. The staff seemed to be busy making specialty orders for people, but it was not clear how to place an order, and we weren't asked if we would like one when we arrived, so they didn't seem to have time to replenish the actual pizza buffet. The one pizza they did replace on the middle island an Alfredo/spinach pizza was the grossest, thinnest pizza I had ever seen see the picture. It is sad that this place has gone down hill so much. It used to be a great place to take the family, but just because it is somewhat inexpensive, doesn't mean it is worth it.
I seen the manger come back from taking the trash out came back up front went to the sink Me thinking awesome she’s going to wash her hand’s !!!, She rinsed her hand’s with water No Soap !!! The cook came back from wherever and rinsed her hand’s too NO Soap , We have enough in this world today than to have to worry about staff not washing their hand’s while handing Our Food !!! Please Please Wash Your Hand’s What kinda of Example are you setting for your employees?!!!
Place was clean, food was rotated often even though not many people were there eating. The workers were friendly and pleasant to speak to. The kids loved it. Spent under $60 for 5 kids 2 Adults. With so many restaurants boosting their prices, I’m happy this place is still affordable and delicious.Recommended dishesCiCis Pizza Buffet
