If you get there when the pizza is fresh.. It's not bad. As far as being a female employee. You get ignored. No matter how many times you say "Hey". I got fired because I was told I didn't want to work.. Wrong. What I said was "Can I please just clean." Not that any of this mattera really, because who cares anyways. I will say this Employers take the time to hear your employees. More often you are firing or they quit the ones who care more about your business then you do. Also take down the signs that say anything to do with "be yourself" it is false advertisement!.
Management as of May 4 2020 Ive gone here many times and have had great service and food up until recently. The new owners and management has changed the business for the worse rather than for the better. If wings are all you want they MUST be ordered to go. This disclaimer is not posted on the menu or anywhere within the business domain. This is is unlawful and a form false advertisment. I Hunter F. From San Antonio to Kerrville CiCi's is to me... Salad bar. This one, not so much, but still good fresh food.
Haven't eaten at cicis in a long time. When I did today I was pleasantly surprised. The salad was great but the pizza was even better. Usually there's not enough sauce on them but there's was delicious, not hard and tasteless.
Has gone WAY down hill since remodel with new management. There is rarely fresh pizza, no clean forks, they add new pasta on top of old. I ordered a zesty ham and cheddar pizza add spinach and no one could figure out what I wanted. Service is not friendly and act like it's a problem when I ask for anything.
This place needs more employees ASAP. And they need to pay them well. We went by yesterday and there was only one guy at the front charging, and prepping pizza. There seemed to be someone in the back doing dishes. Most of the tables were clean, so was the pizza area and from the looks of it the kitchen. I did however need to go use the toilet, and this is where they fall short. Someone has pooped crazy explosive diarrhea all over the toilet and it seemed to have been there a while. The place was so disgusting! I meant to tell the guy in front but didn’t want him messing with it while he was making our pizza! Anyways that was distributing and really affected my appetite!
Usually mediocre experience. Only pepperoni or slight variant on buffet. Salad bar if your into that. 3 out of 5 times have to tell employees to refill ice machine at drink station. There were 7 booths left uncleaned the entire time there so sat at tables every visit. Only 4 pieces of hard sticky buns left the whole 45 min we were there. I saw 5 employees while there. I love Cicis but this store is total garbage. My kids think it's cool, but ive visited many Cicis and this is the worst. Only good if you want a limited salad bar or pepperoni dough.
We love coming here. The ambiance is friendly. We are treated like old friends and not just customers. The salad bars is kept fresh and clean. The pizza array is big and so delicious.
Not as good as I had expected in comparison to the one that use to be in Georgetown. The Dr. Pepper and Coke from the dispenser was out of syrup. Weird they had no credit card reader and manually punched in numbers. The clerk taking the card said it was declined and then on our objections he re-entered the numbers and it was fine. The food very disappointing for the price. Drinks not included in buffet.
Location super clean and friendly staff. Good selection in the salad bar. Requested a specialty pizza they were quick to fill the request.
