Broken seats, dirty rooms, none of the entertainment in the arcade section worked properly and they refuse debit only accept cash or credit. ATMs didn’t work either. The popcorn was old lady at counter said over 2 hours old it was a slow day so they didn’t make fresh. Overall Disgusting experience,very disappointing.
It is not logical for a cinema theater not to have movies in English. I am bilingual but an American movie in french just doesn’t make sense and ruins the whole movie. Please be open minded and play both english and french like everyone else.

Omg this place is so disgusting what happened to covid measures. Hall 10 if ever you want to come clean up at 2:48 pm 11 of February.
It’s absolutely disgusting, everything is dirty. The arcade games are almost all out of order and the ones that seem to work you have a 50/50 chance of loosing your token. The food is horrid and the snacks are all guzzo brand. I suggest you go anywhere else but there.
Ok so the cinema itself was old and run down, seats actually had duct tape on them and the snack bar, if you want to call it that had nothing, popcorn I hate popcorn and drinks, that was it. All that being said, it was the only cinema that had an iMax showing of Top Gun in English and considering Terrebonne being primarily French, cudos to them for thinking of there English clientele. For that they rate high in my book.

Not impressed. The theater wasn't clean when we got there. People had just left from the previous session so the staff didn't have time to clean it. We had to clean our own seats.
Nice place to spend time in family. Popcorn is very expensive but the imax screen worths it.
Lots of parking, done of it is accessible to wheel chairs. Good selection of movies, all french. The place looks like it's stuck in the 90s and the seatings are not always in good condition. Could use some investments. A lot of the staff look like they don't care.
