The site hosts 2 barge docks, high speed conveyors, pedestal mounted unloading crane, and warehouses of 104,000 & 75,000 square feet. Two private rail sidings (totaling one mile of sidetrack) offer ample storage for trans-loading and holding for both general cargo and dry bulk commodity handling. The Oasis yard rests at the western end of The I&O Railroad, a division of Rail America open to reciprocal switching with other major railroads. The site also offers extensive outside storage for transient cargo. CB&RT sits along 3,000 feet of river frontage with the majority elevated out of the 500-year flood plain offering year-round uptime.
