Cinemark 20

I have watched numerous movies in Cinemark Scranton and I loved this place. The seats are really comfortable, ambiance is nice, 3D and XD movie experiences are just awesome. They also show the Indian movies. Tuesdays are the discount date, where the ticket prices are pretty attractive and you will get a feee refill for your popcorn bucket. Overall a very nice place, with very friendly stuffs and clean ambiance.

First time I've been at a theater for 2 or 3 years. Went to see Top gun 2, as It was the first movie I think I've even wanted to go to the theater to see in a long time. I had been at this theater before, years ago, but it was my first experience in their XD theater. It's huge..well over a 100, maybe even 200 seats in the one theater, all with large recliners. Had what they say is a 6 story screen and I believe them, at least 40 to 50 speakers. It's definitely the way to see and action movie. The power recliner seats are comfy with lots of leg room. Each row has a wall between the seats, so you see everything clearly, but not the people in other rows. We went during a slow time..had the entire row to ourselves. Very cool. Would definitely go back to see a movie here.

Easy parking. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The ticket taker answered a bunch of questions. The bar was closed, but looks fun. I like the reserved seats. The theaters have stadium seating, which is cool. The seats are super comfortable and recline. Just don't go hungry. The food is priced like an airport . I paid as much for three items as I paid for two movie tickets . The nachos were awful, like something you'd get on a bad airline. The cheese was portioned in sealed cups, and lukewarm.

Went for the first time yesterday and my first impression is that this is the best theater I've ever been to. I can't claim that I've been to theaters across the nation, but I have gone to one in CT, one in IN, and several in PA. Seating: The most noteworthy feature is the luxurious seating. By far the most comfortable seats I've ever experienced. Another great feature is that both the footrest and the headrest are separately adjustable. Pricing: The pricing is what we expect from a movie theater for both snacks and tickets. Environment: It's exciting walking up to the theater given the size of the structure. The interior is pleasant, but to be frank I didn't take too much note of it. The only thing I noticed was that the game room looked to be above average in size. Miscellaneous: Im not sure if it is a consistent issue, but there was a sign saying free refills weren't available on the night we went, which is atypical for my experience at a movie theater re: large drinks and popcorn

Visited my sister’s place after a long time from the Midwest for Diwali. Her family made a plan for the movie night! I got the chance to watch the first movie at a Cinemark and guess what, what a gem of an experience I had! The seats were super relaxing and the audio system was above par! These small things add up more to the experience than we think. The only thing that didn’t go as expected was the light effect at the end of the show. They never turned on the lights while we exited the theater. All in all, a memorable movie watching experience!

Discount Tuesdays, a excellent deal. Comfortable seats. Need to select specific seats when purchasing tickets. Rated a 4 due to high concession prices.

Best time you should go to see a movie is 10 AM. Watched the film "Invitation" today. Overall I rate My Experience today 5/5 The Theater was clean and the reclining Theater seats were comfortable. The theater's surround sound is well engineered and covers the entire room making every seat a good seat. I'm a big classic movie fan and watch TCM Turner Classic Movies regularly. I like all the photographs of my favorite actors hanging on the walls too. Next time you visit the Cinemark in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania Look around for yourself and see how many of them you recognize.

I was in theater 10 med range large. Happy my seat worked. All of ours did. Disappointed the grill/kitchen is no longer open. Popcorn, candy and drinks always available. Decently clean considering how inconsiderate and messy some patrons can be. Bathrooms right across from 10. There are 4 sets of bathrooms in house, plus a gameroom in the lobby. Senior day Monday, discount Tuesday, and all matinee shows 1ST SHOW DAILY OF THAT PARTICULAR MOVIE will be the cheapest. Please note rules change around holidays.Check with theater .

Comfortable seats. Never had an issue with any of the employees. Extremely overpriced snacks. Bring your own. Arcade is a nice touch but half the games are out of order. You wind up wasting more money there. It should not cost close to $100.00 to enjoy a movie. That's if you bought at least two tickets, snacks, drinks, arcade..

Excelente movie theater in the Pittston area sofa recliner and really good customer service from the workers. They have a little play area arcade inside and movie food to order. Also clean!
