I like the seating arrangement and also the sound system compare to others. Thanks for giving us a great experience.

I went with a friend to see the Barbie movie. It was cute. We waited to go as when it first came out, there were no seats to be had. There maybe were 6 to 8 people at the most to watch the movie 9:40pm Less people later worked for me.

To be honest, it's not the same "experience" as it once was. There was nothing wrong with my visit. Everything was clean, staff for the ones I could find were polite, the theater itself wasn't over packed. It just wasn't the same Galaxy Cinema vibe that I grew up loving. Going to the movies used to be exciting. It almost felt like a library. It was very dull.

Nothing spectacular standard theater issues of there being not nearly enough armrest room, a number of the arcade machines are either entirely out of order or are only semi-functional and SHOULD be put out of order but it's clean and there don't seem to be any issues with the screens or audio equipment. Try to book a less-busy showing to avoid awkwardly positioning to get the most out ofntohr armrest lol

I'm just saying more people would go to this theater if the chairs were more comfortable I mean I go to oshawa and they have recliners which is awesome and so comfortable, but why am I gonna go to a theater to feel aches and pains after watching a 2 hr movie when I can watch it from home, if Oshawa wasn't so far I'd go there to enjoy my movie experience

Went to see the new Indiana Jones movie the Dial of Destiny. The movie was great but the theater could do with some serious upgrades and renovations. We had the D-Box seats which you pay extra for. They weren't worth the extra cost. They were very uncomfortable and the effects just felt like someone kicking your seat back. Quite disappointing. We tend to only go to the theater for movies worth seeing in a large scale. With the current condition of the Galaxy Cinemas Belleville I doubt we'll be back unless it's for a movie worth the expense and discomfort.

The staff were amazing! I inadvertently bought tickets for the wrong theatre bad website design, just a cautionary tale. The employee taking the tickets, Tara, was super helpful in getting us tickets to a showing that started in 10 mins, and explained how to resolve the ticketing issue with Cineplex later. The confession staff were equally helpful and we had tickets, food, popcorn and were in our seats with time to spare. Thank you Galaxy team!!!

Paying $60 for a movie and not even a single option for juice for children..only pop. Coffee maker is broken. Vending machine broken. Great movie selection and timings but I'm used to landmark cinemas with leather recliners. Seats were comfortable but the recliners still could use upgrading Changing my review to 2 stars...are the movies ever going to change. Took my kids in December and still the same kids movie playing in February

Staff really nice but never going there for a movie again! I’ve had the most horrible movie experiences for every movie I’ve seen for the past year and a half there because of how inconsiderate everyone else in the theatre is!! Ppl on there phones, ppl talking, people kicking seats, ppl coming to the movies who are so obviously sick people getting up and walking 20 minutes after the movie starts!! It completely ruins the experience! Going to Kingston from now on, I’m done with all the inconsiderate people in Belleville.

Enjoyable night out to watch a movie in a pleasant setting. Concession prices not unreasonable considering today's environment. Well worth it.
