this place is nice. a little older than the one adjacent in gran villa. but they have good service and quite. most important is that they have all the lastest movies. plus a little less expensive

It is a really good ciinema. Video and quality are great. However, the VIP element is not there, service is way too slow. And food is not even that complex. 20 minutes for nachos????

Extremely long lines for snacks...you have to arrive really early to your movie if you want to get in on time,to your movie.

Only VIP Cinepolis in Mexicali. Great staff, we always try to order food ahead of time while getting tickets and the experience is a breeze. **** Updated 2023-05-04 Seat controls were getting stuck and seat would not respond properly, and only 1 faucet was working in the men's bathroom.

Come with plenty of time since to buy in candy stores they are too slow .. at least on Monday I did 1 hr and there were not many people

Everything is perfect until you get to buy your popcorn they take too long and there is only a few registers open I mist the previous and the start of movie waiting for help I was 30 early

This place is still under remodeling , but I have never been able not to go and have a great time, Food Line are always long but they go really fast. Excellent place to take your family , always find parking. No problems at all. Will eventually be the best place in town for shopping. New stores and restaurants' will be added. Prices are cheaper than USA in all aspects Food, Clothing, and Theaters. Their is Japanese, Chinese, Italian, Sea Food and of course Mexican Food.

Went to see a movie in English with subtitles, awesome experience, affordable with great customer service, and snacks that the USA don't offer.

Nice, not crowded. You buy tickets online.
