We really dig the theater and got a great bartender who was super attentive, polite and just all around nice. The drinks werent that great, but i can tell you its not here fault, but the sad recipes the theater has to adhere to. Overall, I'd surely come back here and i hope to see more good things to come here as its hand down,South Carolina's best darnes movie theater !!!
I'd give it a 3.5 out of 5 stars. The lobby look os great and feels like an Alamo drafthouse. The bartender was very seeet and polite and all around great person, but the drinks here kind of suck. You know if you have 2 or 3 you'll get a hangover just by the types of mixers and alcohol used. At first, the menu will blow ypu awayx but once we tried a few different drinks. We knew that all of them had issues . That's not on the bartender, but the theater who stocks very cheap booze and poor mixers. The snacks are fun and can be ordered to your table during the movie. The theaters themselves are fine and def the best theater in SC, hand down. Overall, we DID dig it.
I have been going to this theater for the past 8 years and I've never had a bad experience. Sunday, i noticed the menus were missing from each row. When & why did they change this? Also, is it their new policy to swipe the customer's credit card prior to them ordering? My daughter looks 16 but she was not asked for her ID when we ordered a Daiquiri. It's a good thing I don't work for a drug & alcohol agency.
I almost didn't come here because the negative reviews. So glad we came! We had wine at the bar and the Nutella nachos! I am going to get popcorn when the movie starts....not sure how that will be. You pay for your movie and your food at the bar. The bartender was very nice and down to earth.
My husband enjoyed it as he was able to drink his favorite spirits while enjoying the movie. We will come back again. We chose this spot for a date night dinner and a movie.
The food tasted and beverages tasted really good and our server was very nice. The 2 issues we have are 1. the food prices, $6 for a coke that was 59% ice? And $15.40 for a personal size pizza? That's crazy I know times are though but come on... and then 2. Our wings were supposed to come with a waffle but they we asked about the waffle they told us they ran out of them so we asked if we could get a discount in the price of meal since we only got half of what we ordered, they said NO, So we asked if we could get more wings instead for the missing waffle, again they said NO but they offered us more celery sticks, seriously? It wasn't until we asked for the manager that they agreed to give us a 10% discount which we don't even think we received after looking at the receipt. We've been here a few times in the past and never had any issues until now. Maybe management changed after covid or something but today was definitely a bad day.
Loved this theater. I was able to have an adult libations Double shot of Jack and Coke and a movie. I didn't order food but others in the theater did. Such a gem. Definitely needs more patrons to keep this place around. Service was phenomenal, from the ticket greeter and the on-shift manager. If in the area again, I will definitely visit again.
Really fun experience. We went to one of a later showing and ran into the issue of the kitchen closing and we didn't get our free refills on our large drink and popcorn. We got the drink refilled one time but other than that we couldn't gwt anymore and that was a little irritating because we bought them for the free refills. Anyways the food was good I like the variety they have and I am vegetarian so they had salads and a good beyond beef burgerplant based hamburger. My boyfriend got a pizza and he said it was good as well. Our waitress was super kind and attentive even when she ran into some tech issues she made sure to get our order in. The seats were comfortable and pretty clean. Only thing I can think of is that is bad was the refill issue and I wish they had more options for vegitarians or healthier options. Overall I would definitely be going back again.
Very nice experience. The bar staff was great, our service was amazing. Our food was good as well. My only suggestion, pull menus after taking order unless the customer requests to keep it. We lost a burger trying to move the menus. I still give 5 stars because they remade the order in a timely manner.
Several years ago my first visit here was the best experience. The food was great, the service was great. Now, the guy at the ticket booth is so rude. They come take your order much later, regardless of how early you get there. The food is the same. Last week I got a bag of popcorn instead of the usual bowl and the server didn't even credit my food order to my regal card. I should have paid with a card instead of cash. It just doesn't have the same appeal to it. It's usually hit or miss. We still go, because we're usually on that side of town when we visit my daughter in college.
