RW Screw has worked with Cintas for the past 30yrs. As HR manager, I work directly one on one with all Cintas areas including Uniforms, Rugs, 1st Aide, safety training and ordering logo merchandise and I truly can say their Customer Service is beyond SUPERB. At ALL times, They make us feel we are their most important customer. I have direct contact with all of our reps and GMs who has the highest professionalism at all times. Most importantly especially in todays world I TRUST Cintas. They make sure we continue to make the “right” choice on our end. At times the “right” choice was a cheaper option. They don’t believe in upselling… they believe in doing what is RIGHT for the customer. We so appreciative of their dedication to us. Thank You Cintas for all that you do!!!!
When I go here to replace the glass in their vehicles they have always treated me with respect. Dan in the service department has always been a pleasure to work with.
Ed is the man! He’s always on time and he is always presentable. We work in a highly sophisticated and professional facility, and Ed handles himself like he is one of the executives. Raise a round for Ed today! St. Patty? St. Edward!!!
We have weekly uniform service provided by Cintas. The drivers are always courteous and helpful to our requests and needs
This company will loose your stuff and charge you for it if you rent uniforms, then pretend they want to hear from you and never respond to your emails.
Why do my uniforms never fit?:
Always on time, great communication, even during staff changes everything is always covered in a timely manner by a smiling face.
