Hello, my name is Elonna and I love to travel! I also love to help other people plan their travel. There is nothing more exciting for me than to see people become enthusiastic about exploring this wonderful world of ours and expanding their horizons.
My mission is to help my clients plan the best travel experience for THEM. Travel is not 'one-size fits all' and that to me is what makes this job rewarding. Whether you are traveling for business or to visit family/friends or taking a fabulous vacation or honeymoon trip, my goal is to help make it as stress-free and as special as possible for you!
Why CinTravel vs. booking your own travel online?
1. Personal Service - this is why I became a travel agent actually. I tried to get help from one of those big, online travel sites and they couldn't or wouldn't help me with very basic questions. They were customer service people, not travel agents...they were clueless. Now, I, nor any travel agent, will have the answer to every question you have right off the top of my head, but I will get the answer for you as quickly as possible.
2. Assistance (Emergency or otherwise) While On Your Trip - Have you ever had an issue with some part of your trip booked through an online travel site then tried to get help while you were on your trip? Sometimes you can get help but a lot of the time you have to 'fix it yourself' and then try to straighten it all out when you get back home. I will do everything I can to help you when you need it the most.
3. Destination Education and Safety - It is important to know, in advance, about any destination you travel to, especially when traveling internationally. My goal would be to make sure you are aware of any issues that there may be such as travel advisories, food/water consumption warnings, tourist related crime such as pick-pockets, bag/luggage thefts, etc., so you can take appropriate safety precautions to keep your trip stress-free.
4. Pricing - There is a misconception that Travel Agents charge more than online travel sites and while perhaps some do, my mission is to find the best prices I can for you, and if we find the standard price cheaper online, I will try my best to get a price match for you. If I am not able to match an online site's price, I will recommend that you choose the online pricing and I will still help you plan the rest of your trip.
My services are FREE to YOU! I earn income the same way the online travel sites do...commission from the suppliers (hotels, car rental agencies, cruise lines, etc), not by charging you extra.
5. Keeping Money in the Community - Supporting local small business is a big thing for me and not just because I own a small business. It keeps money in the community and provides jobs locally. I look forward to the day I can actually hire an employee!
