I have had nothing but good experiences so far with Health Carousel. Not only do I receive a text from Lily, my recruiter, once a week to check in and see if I’m doing okay, but I also love the ease of the online portal when looking for new jobs. They give very nice, thoughtful gifts throughout the year to let you know that they care about their clients. I do wish the time sheet submittal would be a little easier, like an online form I could fill out each week, but that’s just me being picky. I recommend them to all my friends looking for a travel nurse position. And the referral bonus is nice, too!

Beware! Do not apply to this company. Their  promises are lies. Also if you are from another country, they won't help you with important things such as an apartment. Their agency are probably paid $55-65 for an RN position and will pay the recruit only $30-35 an hour! 5 stars are fake reviews!

The worst. They don't count your orientation hrs and overtime hrs in the contract, which they didn't write on the contract I signed. The contract actually has a lot of loopholes. So instead of working only 3yrs. They made me work for 3yrs and 7months. I will be ending with contract in the next 5days but I haven't heard of them. Didn't receive proper instructions about my end of contract. I guess they're done with me because they can't USE me anymore. Deserved to be sued.

Avoid at all cost.  I stopped traveling over 6 months ago and still get spam called multiple times daily.  They are vultures and regardless of how many times they promised to stop calling me they still do.  Never give them any info.. ever.  I didn't and some how they got it.  There are many other options for travlers and I would 100 percent go with someone else.

I was at a lost when it came to choosing a travel agency, then what a blessing to have been paired up with a remarkable recruiter Kayleigh Metz! She goes above and beyond for you as an individual not just another number. She has such an impeccable drive and willingness in her true ethics to treat you as a person and along with her the team from Health Carousel is remarkable. I can not thank them all enough for giving me this opportunity to be part of a remarkable company that cares about you as an individual with needs and not just another recruit! Thank you Health Carousel and thank you Kayleigh Metz!

My experience with this agency is wonderful. My recruiter Morgan H. really cares about my needs.She does her very best to place me in a facility were both the facility and I will benefit. In fact every staff member of this agency are professional and personable. For the novice or seasoned traveler, Health Carousel is the place to be! Love and blessings to all of you. Especially Morgan!!

Fraud …fake be aware….Bunch of fake recruiters . Take your info and pretend they will hire you ASAP then no answer . Marie interviewed me and said Morgan will be assessing me…. no reply phone  no body pics up …. Should be reported to Police

Some guy recruiter named Tim contacted me to be apart of health carousel. I responded with "I'm interested, what do you have to offer"? Tim was very sarcastic, rude stating I was wasting his time by asking for contract comparisons, he refused to share rate information as compared to other travel agencies that do share that information. He was very unprofessional stating "you were intentionally wasting my time by asking about the contracts. I do not wish to work with you."

Amazing recuiter Courtney P.-C. Always on time and fast with responses even if traveling. Never have I ever had a recuiter be so on top of communication and transparency. Lots of agencies lack in this but Courtney brings all to the table which is needed. I almost gave up on travel nursing until coming across her and her helpful attitude. I’d trust her with my nursing friends and recommend her to them. Even in the surge of travel nurses coming into the contract life, she was on point with service and great energy. Thank you! I would give her a promotion if I could to show my thanks and also 6/5 stars.

Truly an amazing company. I've been with the company for 4.5 years and along with great benefits that are always improving based on employee feedback they listen to their employees!, this company has always met me where I'm at in life. I've been lucky to have numerous managers here that have been so supportive, with flexibility to work-from-home when I moved out of town, opportunities to expand my scope of work and learn more about the business outside of my normal responsibilities, paid maternity leaves and extended time off with my family, and also, most recently, the support to work more of a part-time schedule so that I can have a better work-life balance. I joined this company because I believed that they truly valued their employees on an individual level, and I was not wrong!
