Spend one minute at each exercise station and go at your own pace as you move around a circuit designed to give you an all-body workout for strength, cardio, core, and resistance training. (Includes a warm up, cool down, and stretch). Excel fitness levels, reduce fat, raise confidence, fight depression, and increase overall strength and wellbeing.
