Had a fast, easy and very pleasant experience with Mitchell. He was super helpful and he knew exactly what we wanted and found it for us. I can’t wait for the sofa we ordered, will update the review on that once we get it! UPDATE: The sofa ended up coming a week earlier. Building the sofa was super fast and easy and it is beautiful. My girlfriend and I are extremely happy with our purchase and with City Furniture’s service and hospitality. Thanks again to Mitchell for helping us out and making sure everything was set up for us, and I added a picture of the sofa in our living room so you can compare.
I bought a bed back in July 2023 for my mom and it was delivered broken in September. We spoke with customer service who sent someone to fix it. When they got to me to look at the broken bed, they said that there is no fix and customer service will call you. Customer Service called me and said I needed to pay $80 to replace it. Why do I have to pay more for something that was delivered broken and I had to wait 3 months to receive? Horrible experience from a furniture company that's "supposed to be better than Ikea." Don't buy expensive furniture here because they won't take accountability for their products.
On 10/7/23, we came into the store just to browse. Ryan introduced himself upon entering. As we walked through the store, Ryan remained distant but attentive giving us the space to look around that most furniture stores do not. As we found item after item, after item…, a simple wave brought Ryan over where he added the item to the sale and moved those that were “take with” items to a central location. When we we finished, he was right there, completed the sale, carefully wrapped the items and offered us help getting to the car. The items being delivered were added to to the delivery that was already scheduled saving us delivery waiting time. All items were received on time and in great condition. We were extremely happy with the experience! Thank you Ryan!! On 10/16/23 returned to the store with friends where we were greeted by Stephen. Again, no problem with sales person trailing behind, sneaking behind corners. We browsed through the store, identified a few items we were interested in; we informed Stephen of the items and he too added each item to the order list. When we were ready to go, he completed the order and set up delivery. Thank you Stephen for another great experience!
I had a very pleasant experience with miliuxa, she was very helpful from the start. She made me feel comfortable and took her time with me because I’m very picky. She has really nice taste in furniture and I was able to buy a good living room set that fit my needs. Again I give this place 5 stars and there are also snacks served.
We were assisted by Carol and she was amazing! The first day we came we found our bed set and our sons bed set. Carol had informed us of a sale going on that weekend and to come back that weekend to purchase and get the sale. We did exactly that! Our new bed set and our sons bed set are just what we were looking for! Carol was very knowledgeable and very helpful she honestly helped us a lot. She answered every question we had, and she reassured us. We will definitely visit this location again if we ever need furniture again!
Worst experience ever I wish I looked up the reviews for this company before doing business with them. I ordered a bed for my daughter on the day of delivery the pieces came with big wholes it was a leather head board rails and footboard. The side rail had a huge hole in it, the other side had a large scratch and the foot board was scratched also. Now on top of this it came with absolutely no hardware no screws or brackets. It seems like I was returned from another customer or taken of a showroom floor. Either way is was is horrible condition. I could have got something in better condition at a thrift shop for several hundred dollars less. So after filing a claim right after delivery they scheduled me for a new delivery with the correct hardware and new pieces to replace the destroyed pieces they delivered. I took off work it was scheduled for the end of the week. Friday came no delivery I waited until Saturday nothing not a call not a email nothing. I called spoke with someone and they couldn’t explain what happened but assured me I would be rescheduled asap so I was given a date. A whole week later it get a confirmation email I confirm, I then get another one I confirm. I take off work and the next day the delivery day I get a delivery cancellation email. Then I get a text saying it’s the last stop on the delivery truck to then be told by email again that it was canceled. Now it says it’s on back order for a month. This place is a joke and I hope everyone who reads this doesn’t do business with city furniture. For those of us who have and had this or any unsavory business from them file suit. Ashly’s furniture the parent company and city furniture should be ashamed of themselves and their doors should be closed with a class action suit.
Went to go shopping to find the perfect bed frame and set for our new apartment. We are amazed at how well Emily from City Furniture took care of us. From the moment we walked into the store, Emily greeted us with a welcoming smile and asked us what our names were and took us to the bedroom set we were browsing for online. We originally weren’t going to get the whole set at once, but with the big sale and deals Emily went out of her way to explain to us, it was a no brainer to us to snatch up the set before they sold out of it. We are beyond happy with how well Emily took care of us, and helped us to get our new bedroom set delivered and set up within the next couple days. We shared a lot of laughs and Emily made the process very fun and enjoyable and genuinely cared about giving us the best possible service possible
We just moved into a new place and we were looking for some new furniture for our new home. We saw a beautiful dining table we were interested in and Isaac made it easy to make the purchase and explain the process to us. It arrived within 2 days and the delivery was early and quick. It was a pleasant experience. Looking forward to buying more from City Furniture for our future home things!

Huge huge furniture set up. Stunning and beautiful. Stopped by city furniture in Orlando: grand opening Dec 4 yesterday and clicked in my eyes a lot of gorgeous furniture. Affordable price, variety items, different style name with many big quality glass wall arts. Love love love! If you ever need a new interior design. You gotta go and see in person.
