Been with them since I was 12 years old and now my three kids go there, they always been amazing and I love them for their work and the care of my kids. Any concern I just call them and they help me all the time
If i could give O stars i would I came with my 3 years old that is very sick while I'm 8 months pregnant about to give birth for a visit to the doctor I've been coming to this office for more than a year so they know us the assistant that work there ask for a 20$ copay unfortunately i only had my credit card so in a very rude way she said it's only cash we don't accept your card So i asked her politely to just take us while we are already there and tomorrow morning first hour I'm coming to pay it ... The very rude assistant said no 20$ no visit that is the policy. I said please i took Uber I'm very pregnant you guys know us for years we always paid i can't take Uber go home and come back for a 20$ and she didn't care and was giving me attitude like a was a homeless asking for a free meal . I came back crying in my Uber my husband is at the army and I'm so tired and i had nothing but a bad attitude. I wish u could speak to the doctor but she wouldn't even let me . Very sad how this assistant is rude it breaks my heart when i see people heartless working in a kid pediatric office . I will never never forgive her and comeback .
Here is my awful experience with them. Today I called the pediatrics to consult because I am about to give birth and I just don’t know what preparation I need to do before bring baby to see the doctor.Since I have to compare other pediatrics places with this one so I asked for three doctor names of this place. The lady picked up the call was very unprofessional, she won’t give out the name and complained to ppl next to her while taking my call saying“ she doesn’t even have baby yet but wants to know doctors name” ????? Of course as a responsible mother I need to Google and research the pediatricians first before making decisions for my kid !!! What makes these people have such an ego and these doctors names are secret to know!?
Dr. Cenon and Dr. McDonnough have been my twins' pediatricians from the time they were preemies to ages 18. I can't recommend these physicians highly enough.I am very grateful for the excellence of the care they gave to both. They are skilled and compassionate doctors who also are very generous with their time. The third physician who joined the practice is also very good.
Very good doctors. The two ladies that have been there for years are so helpful. There is a new young assistant that is very unpleasan. So be prepared when you go in there. She gives an attitude to everyone. They accept all kind of health insurance except AmeriHealth. Pay cash. No credit cards no checks accepted.
I love it here I started coming because we needed a good doctor for my son and someone that cares what going wrong with your child and this doctor cares she takes her time makes sure you understand everything that Happening

Excellent pediatricians and attention from the secretaries. I have had my two children since they were born in this place. A 4-year-old and a 2-year-old. Always aware of the children's health. I have read some comments about the girls being rude, in my experience I can tell you that we have never felt, my husband and I, any kind of mistreatment or rudeness from anyone there. On the contrary. Sometimes we as patients have to understand that time is very valuable and appointments must be respected. Whatever the situation, both the place of Service and one of the patient have to be friendly.
I have my 2 children in this clinic and I am obliged as a responsible mother to change my children's pediatrician, not because of the doctors' attention, they have been very kind and have done their job as best they can, but it is annoying to have to put up with the attitude of the 2 blonde ladies who "help" at the window, It is always a problem to make an appointment, you ask anything and they answer with a bad attitude or they simply do not help you, they should do something about it, they urgently need to receive a "customer" or "patient" attention course if they cannot give good attention They should give the opportunity to other people who do have a vocation for service.
Excellent place, the girls at the front are very nice and the doctor is a sweetheart, after having gone through everything in the north Hudson of 53rd and Broadway I finally found a good place for my girl, this place is heaven compared to the north hudson community action corporation
