Worst place to come for anything .. they give you appointments for nothing came in at 12am left at 430pm the staff is ruthless and the doctor takes his time unprofessional and dirty as well ..
It's terribly bad, for Dr Florentino you never have anything as long as you complain about an ailment he says '' that's nothing '' and that's not all if they give you the appointment at 12:30 p.m. They see you after 3 p.m. in the afternoon they take too much time and they always tell you the same thing you have to wait we are a bit stuck, once I went to an appointment at 7:00 p.m. and left the office at 12:00 a.m. this is unheard of but I do not come back anymore I weigh everything.
Terrible. Went in with a fever no appointment point blank said "Oh well go to a hospital" never ever would go back there. Everyone in the waiting room looks and sounds like they have no other alternative feel sorry for them what a lousy doctor.
We have worked with Dr. Florentino's office for many years and they have always been very attentive and communicative.
Very caring doctor, office staff are very compassionate with patients.
