City of Grand Island - Public Library

The man working at the front desk took us right to the scanner and showed us how to use it. He explained it and even ran one set of papers through to be sure we understood. Only then did he leave us. Amazing!!!

The librarians are so helpful and knowledgeable! Today, I needed help setting up an account for my friend who is housebound. Chris patiently walked me through the steps needed and made sure the account was active. Thank you Chris !!

I have been coming to this place for many years, I am teacher and NEVER had anyone treated me SO RUDE as the lady at the drive thru. Her English is limited, I didn't understand her. I asked her name and she told me “Nai”. Next time I prefer to enter and avoid being treated badly by this girl again.

Great staff clean library with lots of media and activities.

I think it's time for a better update. This one is 5 years old. I'm happier to walk into the library. There's more smiles and people who are helpful. Sometimes, just short handed. However, I get a nice person to help. I really enjoy the changes in the atmosphere. Thank you for your time to read this.
