City of Green Bay Parking Division

Apparently when you get your license plates stolen and you don't notice it immediately and file a police report it'll cost you $874.00. someone apparently put my plates on a gold Honda that was broke down and left in green bay somewhere without intentions of picking it up, instead just piled tickets on that vehicle until they towed it . Now I owe almost $900 . Absolutely disgusting. Green bay is a pathetic excuse of a place truly

I submitted an overnight parking form and received confirmation via email. The next morning I found a ticket on my vehicle. I spoke with the parking division and the lady said my form was incomplete because I didn't include the house number under the "Street Address Field", only the street name. If the form was incomplete the system should have never sent a confirmation email. When I asked why my license plate was not cross referenced, she said they have hundreds of vehicles to check each night. They validate overnight forms based on the street address field, not the license plate. What's the point of entering my plates if you're not gonna check it? If you have enough time to write up tickets for vehicles that DON'T register, you have enough time to check license plates that DO register. Do better and fix the verbiage in that overnight form!

Quite literally THE biggest joke. Every single employee and their policy. PLEASE do something better with your lives than ruining everyone’s day.

Tried to call to get a hold of someone who could help me figure out why my plates are suspended when the parking ticket I got was PAID, but no answer. No voicemail either. This is the second time I've paid a ticket and they keep my plates suspended. Last time my plates were suspended for months even though the ticket was paid. I didn't even know until I went to register my new car and they wouldn't let me because of "unpaid tickets". I couldn't get through to anyone in the office so I had to personally go over there, only to find out that my ticket was indeed paid off, but whoever was suppose to lift the suspension from my plates, never did so. When it was time for me to pay the ticket that i got this time around, I wanted to do so online or over the phone just to save some time. To do that, you need a location code. I was calling all day just to get that and nobody at the parking utility helped to even pick up the phone. I ended up getting the info I needed by calling the village of Bellevue. I understand how busy they must be but that's no excuse. Doing your job is a part of your job

Had a parking ticket in my name after selling a non working vehicle. Was told that if I gave them proof that I no longer own or possess the vehicle that they would refund me for a parking ticket I had to wrongfully pay. I have now given them certified proof from the DMV and they still keep coming up with excuses. This city is always looking for a way to get money from people, instead of doing their jobs. I can't believe they lied to me and they're a government agency. What a joke. Glad I don't live in Brown County anymore!

$302.00 yes I meant $302.00 ticket for parking a 5x8 trailer 2 feet on the side of my driveway. If I could give 0 stars I would!

I move here from Appleton and I tell you when you pick up your kids at school they have no life then will do everything they can to get you a ticket for not parking right!! Like seriously guys gb is over populated and with parents just trying to do the righ thing and pick up their kids let them do it. Get a MF life!!!! Appleton is never like this. It seems like all they do is drive around town when they know parents are waiting to pick up their kids and will ticket anyone who is not pack right even if it’s for 5sec.

If you cannot park on the street between 3 am - 5 am, how about you post it?!? I would have happily followed the rules if they were posted. Wait, actually I did follow the posted rules...

I've been trying to call all day long and no answer...it just rings and rings no voice mail or message. Trying to get information on a parking ticket that I received for a vehicle I sold over a year ago, but the ticket was issued a month ago. Meanwhile the charges keep going up...way to go Green Bay, your the biggest crooks of all ...

Horrible! What’s the use of following the rules and calling for overnight parking on the streets and then STILL get a parking Ticket!
