Oh my god, I have never seen the worst people in all of Texas, I am investing over 1 million dollars in Lufkin and opening over 20 new jobs and the service from the city is very bad, I don't see cooperation to fix things but they make it difficult to leave and with regret I have decided to leave Lufkin and I hope to open a business in the beautiful city of Lufkin one day when for City Hall of lufkin working cooperative people! I just like to share with you what happen to me and my opinion, God bless people of lufkin tx!
Very orderly and clean! I went there to drop off an application and everything went very smooth.
THIS CITY COUNCIL DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR . FIRST OF ALL I LIVE AND RESIDE IN HOUSTON TEXAS. THIS JUSTICE SYSTEM IN EAST TEXAS IS AS CORRUPT AS IT GETS. THIS ENTIRE CITY COUNCIL NEEDS A NEW PROFESSION. THIS CITY IS TOO SMALL THAT THIS CORRUPTION IS NOT KNOWN. BUT YET THEIR IS VICTIM AFTER VICTIM DUE TO THE CORRUPTION OF THE JUSTICE SYSTEM. I WAS THREATEN MY A LUFKIN JUDGE - JOE LEE REGISTER.. IN FACT I AM PERSUADED HE WOULD HAVE HAD ME KILLED ON THIS PAST TUESDAY... ALLOW ME TO SHARE THE STORY- I WAS ORDERED TO COME TO COURT FOUR SEPARATE DATES - FOR AN APPEAL OF ALLEGED SPEEDING TICKET FROM DIBOLL TEXAS. I WAS GIVEN A TRIAL DATE FOR NOVEMBER 8, 2017 IN WHICH THE POLICE OFFICER NEITHER DID THE JURY SHOW UP - SO INSTEAD OF JUDGE JOE LEE REGISTER DISMISSING THE DOCKET - HE GIVES ME TWO MORE DATES TO COME COURT.. SO AT THAT POINT IT WAS MORE THAN ENOUGH EVIDENCE THAT JUDGE JOE LEE REGISTER COULD NOT BE IMPARTIAL.. I FILED A MOTION TO RECUSE, HE THEN HELD WHAT HE CALLED A HEARING, SIX TIMES I IMFORMED HIM - THAT HEARING HAS TO BE HEARD BY AN IMPARTIAL JUDGE, HE CONTINUED WITH HIS ABUSE OF DISCRETION AND ABUSE OFFICE - CONSPIRING WITH THE CORRUPT CITY ATTORNEY SAMANTHA JOHNSON, THEN CONDUCTED TWO HEARING PERTAINING THE TWO MOTIONS TO DISMISS, HE ALSO DISMISSED BOTH MOTIONS TO DISMISS INCLUDING HIS REFUSAL TO RECUSE. SO THE CORRUPT CITY ATTORNEY STATED THE MOTION SHOULDN'T BE DISMISSED BECAUSE ON NOVEMBER 8, 2017 IT WAS NOT THE TRIAL DATE IT WAS JUST TO PICK A JURY- I SAID NO THAT NOT WHAT THE COURT SAID - IN ADDITION A JURY DIDN'T SHOW UP... AFTER THE COURT DENIED ALL THREE MOTIONS HE THEN ADJOURNED COURT, THREATEN ME AND THEN TOLD ME TO LEAVE THE COURT ROOM- I LEFT OUT - SECONDS LATER YOU READ IT CORRECTLY SECONDS LATER HE TOLD ME TO COME BACK IN THE COURT HE HAD A JUDGE READY TO HEAR THE MOTION TO RECUSE, IN ADDITION THE POLICE OFFICER LIED AND SAID I HAD CALLED THE FBI- BUT I KNEW THE JUDGE WAS LIEING SO I DIDN'T GO BACK IN THE COURT, HE LATER HAD AN EMAIL SENT TO ME INDICATING HE HAD SENT SOME INFORMATION TO BE REVIEWED BY JUDGE UNDERWOOD, THAT IS WHEN I REALIZED HAD I WENT BACK IN THAT COURT HE WOULD HAVE HAD THAT POLICE OFFICER TO SHOOT AND KILL ME, AND HE WOULD HAVE SAID HE HAD ALREADY TOLD ME TO LEAVE THE COURT, THEN OFFICER WOULD HAVE SAID I THOUGHT SHE HAD A GUN... JUDGE UNDERWOOD AS HIS FRIEND JUDGE JOE REGISTER REQUESTED THAT HE IMMEDIATELY DISMISS AND HE DID ON UNRELATED INFORMATION... SO WITH LUFKIN BEING SUCH A SMALL TOWN THEIR IS NO WAY THIS CITY COUNCIL DON'T KNOW ABOUT THIS JUSTICE SYSTEM CORRUPTION.. YET THEIR IS VICTIM AFTER VICTIM DUE TO THIS CORRUPTION.... THIS ENTIRE CITY COUNCIL NEEDS REPLACING ... I CLOSE THIS REVIEW WITH I AM IN FEAR OF MY LIFE- I BELIEVE JUDGE JOE LEE REGISTER WILL HAVE ME SHOT AND KILLED...
