I love this city mountain view. Castro street down town.. lots of great food and great people very nice community center here... Lots of places to shop around and eat around just grab drink and sit around enjoy the music alas in the evening at castro street, very much happening places love the Irish bar to watch games and get beer, have happy hour and especially love the public library... Must visit mountain view CA
Amazing experience to watch cultural arts.
Nice and clean place with Public Park and Center for Performing Arts in nearby. Only problem is no restroom in or near Public Park.
Very clean, accessible and beautiful place to have your city hall. I recently came to the German holiday festival held on the grounds there. Within a couple of blocks are nice parks, public pools and plenty of good eats on Castro street.
Doesn’t appear as though these folks understand the 1st amendment of the United States Constitution. Please treat “We the People” better when flexing our rights. Bay Fam is actually a really good guy and you all missed an opportunity to make a new friend. Freedom of the press, freedom of speech, our forefathers spent many long days and hours thinking thru the amendments, let’s not let them slip thru our hands like cold water.
Saw how they treat a citizen exercising their right to film in public. Very shameful display by the public employees. Also very shameful on HR for not meeting with him to help solve the issue.
I saw the audit on YouTube. Lying on camera. Accusing an innocent man of threatening her. Horrible!!
When my contractor said that mountain view was the worst city in the bay area to get a permit I didn't believe him.... Well now I do. It took 6 weeks, 15 emails, 8 phone calls, 2 in person visits to city hall, and a fee of $463 to get a permit for a 36sqf bathroom that I'm trying to remodel to bring up to code. I don't blame folks that decide to get around permits
Just watched the interaction with Bay area transparency. Awful public relations. Poor training perhaps? Would hate to be a tourist in that town hall.
Lots of events on summer week-ends. Yoga on the Plaza, concerts, food trucks. There is actually an underground parking with "secret" EV spots that few know about.
