GISSV - German International School of Silicon Valley is proud to present the 5th Annual German Holiday Market on Saturday, December 9, 2017, in Downtown Mountain View.
Come step into Germany for a day. No passport needed! City Hall Plaza is transformed into a European village with mulled wine (Gluehwein), beer, sausages and more. Christmas shopping at its finest with goods from Germany and handcrafted items from local artists. Carnival games, face painting and crafts for kids. Entertainment all day on stage. And, yes, we heard you last year: shorter lines! This year, more food and drink booths all around the Weihnachtsmarkt to ensure everyone gets what they want without having to wait long for it.
One of the most frequently asked questions we get about our event is whether or not dogs are allowed. As much as we would love to say yes, one of the requirements of our agreement with the city is no dogs are allowed in the event area.
