My water was shutoff with a $50 dispatch fee added. This was less than 3 weeks after I'd checked my account on the 5th of the month and it showed a $0 balance. Staff stated my phone was contacted and I demonstrated with call logs that it never was. They were unsympathetic and refused to accept any responsibility. COR still refuses to remove dispatch fee.
Hello I hope to have this seen by as many people as possible especially someone that can make a difference. I just want to ask for the city of Richland to do more for it'self, starting with the transit system. Over on van geesan there needs to be street lights for the bus stops at night, I myself am an avid bus rider and I've watched the bus either almost pass or pass the rider on multiple occasions this year.
They get one because there is no 0. Westcliffe is a mess due to lack of proper building and development inspection. The homeowners have had astronomical expenses repairing property along with insane legal fees. I work with 2 other engineers who have told worse stories. The police department is worse. I got a ticket for my alarm clock, dropping a wreath on my DW. Tax payers would be better off with private inspectors. Private security. Sadly I’m pro police, but not in Richland.
Automated phone service is garbage. On hold for over an hour with no change in the amount of callers ahead. The people are generally unfriendly and seem like they dont want you to be there. And they have proven to be incompetent twice in dealing with my bill, informing me that it would be paid through x month, when x month arrived, my power was shut off. Upon inquiry, i was told i was 2 months delinquent. So on top of paying my presumed nonexistant bill, i also had to pay a late fee and reactivation charge
Every city has its red tape, in my opinion the people who work at the city take responsibility to help you get through the red tape and get you on your way as soon as possible. I have always been helped promptly and communicated with well.
Robert Thompson needs to be fired/impeached etc. What type of example does it teach to have a Mayor who is not only an alcoholic but one with a DUI?
They are only open for business on Tuesday. Was able to talk to staff concerning my situation with utility bill..
How about fixing you phone so I can make a utility payment
