The Richland Hills Police Department is a full service police department dedicated to the service of the Richland Hills Community.
The Richland Hills Police Department is located on the southeast corner of Rufe Snow and Baker Blvd. RHPD offers numerous services including Citizen Police Academy, Neighborhood Crime Watch, Explorers, Volunteers in Police Service (VIPS).
Our mission is to provide quality police services through partnership with the community; to protect constitutional rights through ethical decision-making; and to strive to provide leadership to the police profession because we believe in the dignity and worth of all people.
