It was frustrating having to first find this new improved court building. But when I was in the right area it beautifully stands out. North Richland Hills is finally putting those tax payers dollars to use. Could be one of the reasons why a motorcycle cop needed to make his quota and politely gave me a ticket for going 11 miles over the limit . Maybe their needing extra funds to keep the lights on. Guess giving a warning for good driving record and looking cute doesn't cut it these days . With a skeleton crew of workers inside and 1 clerk at the window to assist. So sad how NRHMC is still only doing court at least for tickets via Zoom. What a waste of not using this new building during the ease of Covid.
Called on 9/30/2022 at around 2pm to ask a general question about practices. Victoria answered the phone lacked professionalism, and hung up on me. It was like pulling teeth to get the women to give her name. The call was so unprofessional that I called over to the city manager to report the issues.
The absolute worst!!! Words can't describe the bias that is shown as soon as you walk in the door...I've never seen such horrible customer service in my life but Pantegois a strong runner up if that explains it...! DO NOT GO HERE!!! They will lie to get you to come in to take care of ticket under a false president that arrangements can be made only to demand money or be taken into custody!!! Thank God I didn't let my son go alone....
The biggest money racquet I have ever seen in my life. On any given day the line to pay a ticket or see a judge is backed up for a good hour by the way the judge is there 1.5 hours during 2 blocked times once a week leaving you at the most inconvenience. They have 5 payment windows just for citations. As I'm waiting in line more people are piling in by the droves. The best thing I can say is stay away from this city there's nothing good to come from it!
The city needs to get with the times and allow for remote handling of tickets. With that said person on the phone was nice and explained clearly what they needed. It is just a pain that they do not handle these things remotely.
Overall easy experience. Had to pay to dismiss a ticket I brought on myself. Everyone there is sweet. Little to no wait. Mailed in the documents for an easy close out of the ticket.
I got in a wreck in the rain cause another car cut me off. My moms car could barely hit 60 mph cause it's messed-up. The stupid ass cop had the audacity to charge me with "failure to control speed". By the way, the speed limit was 60 mph.
1 star is being nice. Whoever designed the check in process for court or a simple payment is a complete idiot. Dont tell us to be here 30 minutes early when its an hour long process just to check in.
What group of geniuses decided on this check-in process? Horribly inefficient! It takes the clerks behind the glass over 15-20 min at least to check in one person. My family member stood in line for almost two hours... and this is before going to the court to appear for the citation.
They picked my son and I up on a warrant for " Theft of Service " saying we walked out on a bill at a restaurant without paying. This is totally bogus, made up and BS. While in jail they refused to give me my medicines as they were ordered.
