Even if you have no business to conduct here, it is worth a stop just to see the gorgeous Art Deco era building. It reflects the heyday of Santa Monica and the city has done a great job maintaining the integrity of the structure. The ducks in the pond make for a fun visit on a dog walk too.
They better use the money I paid from an unfair parking ticket to clean this dirty city and feed the homeless instead of doing their lavish private parties like they always do. Thieves.
We put these people into office and they claim they are going to clean up Santa Monica and make it better yet 6 months later this is still ok. Why do businesses pay so much and renters pay so much for the city street to look like this day in and day out. Calling the police department isn’t any help either when they seem to have limitations with things like this/ act like you’re bothering them when all you want to see is a clean street and have some peace and quiet at 3 in the morning. Why did I just receive a color postcard in the mail to inform me that your progress between 2020 and 2022 to reduce homeless population is +1% ? Santa Monica has become a shthole thanks to your stupid policies. We are paying high rents, high taxes but we can't even walk safely in our streets, enjoy our parks, our beach. You have destroyed this city.
Hypocritical liars paid solely to falsely accuse and entrap small business owners and homeowners they perceive as wealthy, only to justify paying their own salaries and ignoring what City residents need and deserve to live in pursuit of happiness. Truly the most corrupt City in all of California.

Once one knows how to get around, the place is quite accessible and friendly. The problem is learning how to get around. The city website is not very helpful in that respect
Good people and service, crazy high permit prices though! I'm a contractor who got a permit here, City of LA would have had me pay not even half the price.
It would be deeply apriciated if there was a parking area for buses to park ,we come from very far city's, we bring lots of passengers with lots of money to spend visiting your city,the most we stay is 4 to 5 posible depending on group hours here with them we even patronize your stores too spending lots of money while we are here all we need is a restroom please consider US when you have your meetings on development of your city ,thank you
