The staff is respectable, always answer your questions to MDs and PAs are very knowledgeable and try to help you out. I come here when I’m not feeling well. I don’t usually wait long to be seen. I recommend this urgent care to people because of the good service.
Friendly staff. Acknowledge me as soon as walked in. It was busy but I expected to wait. The provider was wonderful, she listened to my complaints and make me feel comfortable. This was my second visit and would recommend to anyone.
Do not come to this location. I went in and got examined. I even went to the front desk afterwards asking if there’s anything else I need and they said no. An hour had passed and as soon as I went home they called me asking if I’m still in the area because they needed me to sign something. I told them I’m not and they told me that if I don’t sign the paper today then I’ll have to come back again and get my blood drawn. This is very unprofessional on their end. I’ve never had an issue at any CityMD before until I went to this one. I’m never coming back again. Also it’s nearly impossible to get a response through the phone, expect to be on hold for minutes straight.
Doctor appointment felt rushed. I had to tell her to take her time with me and actually hear me without over talking me. SMH. Then she pre diagnosis and gave meds that did not work. Day 4. I called back since the results came back with a different diagnosis and they won't prescribe something new until I come back in for a reevaluation. Huh? The results came back yesterday, y do u have to come back in when u can just send me the proper meds to my pharmacy and discontinue meds u have me take Dr. JAMIE Ross.? Still experience symptoms. Your not getting my co pay or time again
It's not the greatest medical facility but it's not the worst either. Most of the staff have good bedside manner... a small fraction of the staff here are pretty rude, but maybe they are just constantly having a terrible day. Sometimes I get my and my children's results quickly, sometimes I have to call and figure out what's happening. I was told 3 days and it's been 6. It's a hit or miss with this place. I go because of the parking. The parking is great.
The place was very clean staff was on point and very polite polite ! Love it the representatives , medical assistants and doctors are so nice.everyone enjoys doing there job. smiling and being polite with everyone
I had a great experience while being at CityMD, the staff was very efficient, all the information is printed out for you and the wait time was very short. The doctor was professional very thorough. I want to thank CityMD for a great experience.
I needed my blood sugar taken in an emergency so I could take my insulin. I was refused stating that I had to register. I guess they determine emergency and diabetics are not. I hope a fifty dollar fee is worth getting sued.
DO NOT go to this City MD. Your time and money will be wasted by the doctors who give wrong diagnosis . I’m not sure some of the doctors that work there know what they’re doing. Please save your money and time and go elsewhere instead of going to their urgent care. THE WORST!!
Paid a copay for abdominal pain and symptoms only for the PA Tricia Ramnarine to tell me she can’t do anything but refer me to see someone in a few months. Then stated I wait till it gets worse then go to the ER. Who says “wait till it’s worse”. She’s lazy. That’s the conclusion I came up with after hearing her say “if I draw labs on you, I’ll have to treat you”. I reported her to the Board because it’s unacceptable. The money doesn’t come out of their pockets when they order tests for patients so it blew my mind how avoidant she was. People like this don’t deserve to care for sick people. Avoid her at all costs. Take my experience as advice. She was so comfortable speaking in such a “I don’t want to do anything “ tone. Smh. I went to another clinic in westchester, they drew lab work, even did an ekg and sent stool samples for me then booked an appt for a GI doctor for me. Complete opposite of City MD. , if you want your problems addressed, don’t come here simple. They’re dismissive.
