This clinic is very clean, friendly, respectful and caring. This the first time coming here and I told my daughter I like this better than the one closest to me. The physician was very knowledgeable and attentive. Also it was fast but thorough! 5 start because is not 10!!!!
I needed to get a vision test to renew my drivers license and came upon Nao Medical Urgent Care in Bartow Mall and decided to check if they provided the service. I was very happy when the receptionist said yes. I had an excellent experience on so many levels - staff are professional and pleasant the 2 ladies had a rather obnoxious person dealing with and they handled that patiently and politely despite having to same thing several times. I'm love the decor and furniture! Based on my experience I made inquiries about switching to Nao Medical to be my primary care practice
I recently made an appointment at the Nao Bartow Urgent care facility. I have been to this location before although I believe management has changed. In my previous visits, the best I can say for it is it was convenient. This visit was for an extremely painful ear infection.I was hoping for the usual convenient service. I was astounded by the change. This location is amazing. Clean, well furnished,and the staff was fantastic. From the way I was greeted to the way I was treated was greatly appreciated . The staff was friendly and attentive to the needs of myself and 4-5 other customers. Every individual I had contact with was pleasant, professional and went above and beyond my expectations. I have recently retired. as a Manager of Customer Services of NY Penn Station. So I assure you I recognize exemplary Customer Service when I see it. Please thank all the ladies for a wonderfully seemless visit
From the time I walked into the clinic the staff greeted me with a good morning. The medical assistant that gave me my PCR test was very nice and courteous as well. I will definitely be back. Thank you for checking on my experience with Nao Medical. Sincerely Violet
I got to my appointment at 8 and wan not seen to almost 10am and they where empty the girl at the front desk was pleasant but 2 hour wait for a test is unacceptable. Update now 5 days later I have been given the run around because they seem to now have not found my results for a PCR Covid test they stated they have contacted the lab multiple times but they seem to not be able to find my test. With this type of negligence I will not be go back nor will I Recommend anybody to go there. This is ridiculous I was the only person in the facility and waited two hours just for them to basically lose my test ridiculous.
Very professional staff and welcoming. From the front desk and receptionist to the nurses and doctors all treat you with respect, kindness and tolerance. They also work diligently and are very time conscious. I am grateful for the incredibly great service at Nao especially for the medical advice and immigration services
I had a good experience, at the Nail medical urgent care. The waiting time was excellent though the registra told me that there were 5 people registered before me, the doctor's were going to lunch so i would have to wait 2 hours. I decided to wait, lucky me they called me in 15 minutes, the front desk, nurses n Dr. Was very helpful professional. I was out in less than an hour time. Thanks for helping me and being so close to my house.
The ladies at the front desk were friendly and willing to assist. The P.A. was also very, very friendly and made me feel at ease. We even shared a laugh. Services were provided expeditiously, from the initial appointment through the virtual follow-up with the P.A. A very professional staff.
Took great care of me. I particularly loved the Nurse Practitioner. She was very knowledgeable and helpful m. Her bedside manner was 10/10. All the staff were courteous and helpful.
the only good thing i can say about it is the clinic seems clean. they are extremely slow, even if you have a 9am appointment, expect to be there for a few hours. they often only have 1 doctor in, and overbook appointments from open to close, so bring a book, work or better yet, find another place that manages appointments in an effective manner.
