Reps were so helpful, my 6 year old had her 1st Claire's shopping experience...she picked out accessories all on her own.
My daughter, her friend & I had such a great experience at the Claire's in Rockaway mall on Monday 12/7. I forget the name of the girl that was working but she was so sweet & patient. She was working alone & was very busy & never seemed stressed or try to rush anyone. She had 3 people in for piercings while other customers were there to shop. She alternated between piercings & the cash register so gracefully & gave each and every customer 100% of her attention without making anyone wait too long. It was such a pleasant experience & I just wanted to give her a shout out. She did a great job with my daughter's piercing as well. Her customer service is top notch & I wanted to say thank you!!
Didn't greet or say thank you,. My two daughters came into this store super excited yesterday. These two ladies behind the counter seemed less enthusiastic about their job, but at the same time went out of their way to greet other's entering the store who didn't look like ME! Needs proper training on diversity and what that looks like.
The listing right here on google that was updated 4 days ago by the owner of the listing says they are open till 9:00 PM When we arrived and it closed at 8:00 pm the girl behind the door was rude We understand you have to hire below average people here. We understand the hiring pool you have to choose from are obviously the lower end of the work force They could at least be nice
I went to get my second piercings and my cartilage and the lady who did it was super sweet and made sure I was comfortable. She did an amazing job and I love my piercings!! There was another girl who did my younger sisters and she was so gentle, especially because they are so young.
One person at register on a holiday, people waiting in line for over 25 minutes, while piercing someone’s ear, she comes back to register , says no sorry for the wait , instead gives me a dirty racist look head to toe as I am discussed of waiting all that time with 4 kids. As I confronted how rude she was on my way out , she slurs racist language in Spanish to me as I am leaving in front of other customers. People should be warned about this person, so called her own manager. My daughter loves this store but for sure no going back .
I had a terrible experience at this Claire’s location. A lady tried to cut me in line after waiting 10 min on the marked line dots. The worker then let the other lady who cut mego in front of me. Ended up not purchasing what I had planned on because of the worker.
Typical Claire's lots of accessories and junk for young girls. They do a great job with ear piercings. They can do both ears at same time. If you at right time you can hit some great sales
As i was looking at earrings one of the backs popped of as i went to grab it off the ground one of the girls came up to me and accused me of stealing. I tried to explain to her what happened as she just kept on saying “I know you were trying to steal them” I ended up not getting anything as I plan on never going to that Claire’s again, as the rest of the time I was in there the lady followed me and I felt very uncomfortable so instead I left and drove to a different claire’s to get my daughter something.
The employee working won’t bother helping customers and has a bad attitude. Need new management
