Good experience Bethann has amazing customer service skills, she was very attentive, also this store has alot of size 12 clothing everyone was so great in this store today.

The customer service I received from the MANAGER Bethann at the end of my service was absolutely unacceptable! She was SO bipolar she was so nice and helping me find what I need but when I wanted to use a coupon she started talking rudely to me and talking to her new hire like she was a five year old in front of a customer!
Ariel is an AMAZING worker! I am a first time customer who went to look for a bra, VS was just not doing it for me anymore. Not only did she help me find the perfect size, but she also made an exception to let me into the fitting room that was closed for the end of the night. I saved a lot of money & can’t wait to go back!
I was kicked out from the store today with my 76 year old mom, because I did not want to wear the mask. The store is in Rackway mall areas, New Jersey. The state of New Jersey does not mandate wearing mask !!!!! Hypocrites !!
I have been shopping at Lane Bryant’s for a while, but this one blows most of them out of the water! Typically there would be maybe one rack of caquice sp? Their underwear line but here they have a whole corner of the store dedicated to the line. Honestly one of the number one things that keeps me coming back even though it can be a little pricey their sales a PHENOMENAL tho is the staff, they are so kind, attentive, and actually helpful. I don’t I have walked around the store with more then five items before a sales person comes up to me and offers to set up a room, and when you walk in they will go over every deal they have going on with you, they also know the product, what is in the store and what is online. And if they don’t have the item in your size they will find out which store nearby does and get it put on hold for you at the drop of a hat. The staff treatment and knowledge are what make this location and this store worth spending the big bucks at!
The staff is beyond friendly and helpful, it’s a great shopping experience and the management team is definitely the reason. My favorite place to shop and my kids love going there which definitely helps.
Usually when I go shopping here I can find things I like. I tried on four different shirts and did not like how any of them looked on me, even though they were the correct size. Unfortunately I didn't have time to continue shopping that day. Altough I wasn't happy today, I will go back to this store
This store yelled at me on the phone then argued with me about my size and style choice in the store. Extremely insulting and I took my business elsewhere. I’ll never go back.
Finally , some real old fashioned sales help.. it was a great experience.
