Terrible service and energy. The manager physically made my child upset with her attitude and snippyness, so upset that she wanted to leave instead of getting her ears pierced

Very nice to my asd kiddo getting her ears pierced today. Thank you again for being patient and going over everything with her. Highly recommended. $45 with ear cleaning solution included and 20% off coupon was nice let her pick out a item she got headphones. Hope they last longer than her amazon ones. Very sensory friendly headphones soft and fuzzy.

I got my eight year old daughters ears pierced. The staff was very warm and enthusiastic, it made the event more fun and helped keep her calm. I have never been to a Claire's before but it hits the eight year old demographic just right.

I got my 3 year olds ears pierced from Claire’s. Staff seemed knowledgeable and it was a fast process. Healing solution was also included in the price. Great service.

I got my ears pierced here and a bump had appeared and when I squeezed it yellow liquid came out of it. Also it never healed nor was it close to healing. You might say this was only a one time thing but really my sister had got them done here and the same exact thing happened.

Absolutely love getting my nose rings from here
