Still one of my favorite stores in the mall. Always so colorful, coordinated and inviting. People are super friendly.

Great store. They always have convenient sales. My daughter enjoys story time and coloring when we go at least once a week.

I'm very sad to see this store closing. Had many great experiences there. The associates have been fantastic and very welcoming. I just don't get why Disney is doing this. I guess we should chalk it up to another bad move by current CEO Bob Chepek.

I love Disney so much that I’m going to really miss this store

Very friendly and helpful staff. While most stores nowadays just point you in the direction when you ask for something, or even say "whatever we have is out" when you ask for a specific product, this Disney store walks you over to the section you need help with and will find the product for you. That's how retail service should be!

I adore this Disney store location. The staff is always cheerful, attentive, & knowledgeable. The store is fully stocked with merchandise beautifully displayed. Even when the mall is busy, the store looks great & the staff is friendly & helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend this store.

This store would not allow me or my kids inside without a mask.  The entire mall was maskless and the vaccine is available for true believer.  Why are you refusing entry without if you don’t have a mask.  So ridiculous and frustrating.  They will never get a dime from me again!

I buy night gowns for my daughter and they last for years.

I love everything Disney. I was happy they had adult clothing. Been there other times and could not find any. Just wish they would sell more adult things. That is the only problem I see.

I can't believe they closed the one down in Bat Shore!!! This is one of our favorite stores!! We drive out to Smithtown or the outlets it east just to go here! The selection of Marvel, Star Wars and everything Disney is second to none! Plus they have certain days during the year when they have exclusive items! If a Star Wars film comes out they open at midnight! And with the coolest items too! And the outlet in Riverhead has die cast figures marked down to $1.99 if they aren't selling. An awesome store!!!!
