Helzberg Diamonds

Absolute nightmare. Sent my wife's engagement ring in for repair and cleaning before COVID-19 shutdown January, and have not seen it since it's July. Nobody answered the phone at any Helzberg phone number, local or national, until late June. Finally reached someone and was told it could possibly take another 4-6 weeks before it's completed. Unacceptable. Asked to pick up the ring even if not completed with repairs, and I was told my ring is over 100 miles away in a 3rd party service center, and no contact can be made with the manager of that shop. Lie after lie to cover their tracks because apparently they have no idea what's really happening. Helzberg, what's going on? Do I need to report the ring stolen?

Always a pleasure shopping at Helzberg Diamonds. The manager, Jeff, is very helpful and knowledgeable. Their repair work is also fantastic for a big company store. They take the time to make sure we are always happy with our purchase no matter what. Helzberg gives you the feel of a family owned neighborhood store with the backing of a major corporation. Highly recommended!

Horrible! We ordered two wedding bands for my fiance and they both came from the manufacturer approx. 3 weeks after we ordered them. One of the rings came back scratched and looked worn. We sent it back. Still no word after 4 weeks if it came in or not. I had to call and ask where the ring was. We finally get a call that the ring is in. We go to the store and find out that the ring is not the same as we ordered! They can't find the original ring we ordered and were asking ME for the SKU number! Ridiculous. They are lucky that we ordered this ring a couple of months before the wedding and still have a couple of weeks. They blamed this on being a system error and the manager didn't know who placed the order blah blah......really??

Awesome experience here. Rachel and Maria helped me so much with a bunch of jewelry that we had some problems with. Very accommodating and persistent in getting everything fixed. Always compensated me for the troubles. Will definitely be going back to them for future jewelry needs.

The people were very helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for. Not just a regular sales man trying to make a buck. The people were more interested in the clients interest which w=makes a good sales rep in my opinion. Only reason I cant do five stars is because the SKU number doesn't match from ring to site so I cant find it

Horrible!!! Tried buying a moissainite from them and all they wanted to do was sell me a diamond - I should have just walked away then but I proceeded to actually purchase a moissainite from them. It came with nothing more than a sales receipt. No certificate, nothing. And according to the Charles and Colvard website it is supposed to come with one. They never even showed us the stone under a loupe to verify the inscription. They just dont care for moissainites and therefore don't care for their customers. Horrible customer service.

Purchased my wife a tennis bracelet here. Nice quality and great service.

Saleswomen are not interested in helping you, everything is sold at a HUGE premium.
