I was hoping to buy a Sanrio TeeTurtle Reversible Plush for $10 as the sign on the shelf mentioned $10 instead of the regular price of $19.99. However, the manager said that it was not $10 but the regular price without explaining why even though I showed her the sign on the shelf in the picture. I ended up not buying the plush and waited to talk to the manager after she finished servicing other people as I wanted to understand why there was a discrepancy between the sign and price. When I was able to ask the manager, she was very rude while explaining why the Sanrio Reversible Plush is different to the other Reversible Plushies as the sign did not mention any exclusions. She kept signaling how the "licensed" Sanrio reversible plushies were not on sale and kept motioning that they were on two different shelves, hence, the different pricing. Something to keep in mind is that all the reversible plushies are licensed by Tee Turtle but the one I wanted was collaborating with Sanrio. Additionally, when I found the Sanrio plush, it was in the same shelf as the other sale ones AND the sign did not mention the exclusions whatsoever. The manager also spoke to me in a very condescending tone and her body language yelled "you are annoying me and wasting my time." I felt like I was being judged for no reason. All I wanted was to understand the discrepancy between the sign and price.
I love claires But this location is the worst ever the manager there was black I asked her about earrings that were on display for ear piercing to purchase but she seemed like she didn’t want to help me and she was rude had an attitude was more worried about the 20 boxes in the front to put out never again
Rebecca is I believe the store manager of the store supervisor at Montgomery Mall Clare. I have never seen a person that have hate and discussed towards other races like that woman. She accused my toddler and 18 month old baby by walking away with a toy which is a monitoring him very closely. She embarrassed me in front of the store and I told her we did not leave the store yet because my daughter was picking out her items. It is sad and disappointing that Claire hired such a miserable person to represent its company. I sent a letter to corporate because this is not how customers should be treated.
What kind of store is not open on Sunday? I went there around 12:50. There was nobody there. It was close.
Horrible service. Store was dirty. employees were disrespectful and harassed costumers
This whole store is a MESS and there is no place to walk around with out bumping in to all the stands/displays.
Walked to the counter to pay for the items … black girl working there ignoring me while she’s on the phone giggling, she doesn’t know how to multitask at all . Had her friends hanging in the store. She smelled like weed. This is the type of behavior/person I usually expect to see at PG mall but not Montgomery smh!
Terrible customer service. I was waiting in line in front of the employee to get checked out to buy my stuff, but instead she just stood there on the phone. There was other customers waiting for her too.
Rude workers and they also lie to you. I bought a belly ring for my sister and asked about returning policy. The worker said that it's a regular returning policy. My sister didn't like the ring and when I came back with the receipt and not even opened belly ring, another rude worker declined it and didn't even call the manager upon my request. Never coming back here again.
The store is small and usually a mad-house. That said, I got my ears repierced there after letting them close up 20 years ago. Done today, they're perfectly centered and look and feel good so far. The woman who did mine had 3 years experience & was very helpful & patient. I was anxious going into it given prior reviews & my original piercings in childhood weren't even, 1 was always too low. I'm pleased w my experience today.
