My daughter wanted to get her ears pierced for her birthday. A second hole. We went in and she had us choose an earring. We did, she put two dots on her ears quickly. She did even show us the package of the actual earring it self, next thing we know she is like are you ready and does her first ear. The earring looked rather flatheads but obviously not seeing in up close before she pierced it, it's like we just have to go with it. She does the other ear. We leave and as the hotness and swelling is subsiding one ear is noticeably higher than the other. She should have gave her a mirror and had her look at the dots and not made the whole situation be so fast and rushed. Now my daughter hates her new year piercing all because people are so rushed and don't make sure of anything. Surely won't be back to a Claire's for ear piercing.
Extremely over priced , crowded not my means of people but fake jewelry displays individuals can’t even walk around the store. It’s very dangerous if there was a fire or emergency individuals would be extremely injured I find it hard to believe that they follow fire regulations or safety regulations. Too much junk here and not enough nice items then over price the junk. Piercer was kind I think zoey was her name she was kind to my four year old. No room for check out and just over all maybe four people should be in the store at a time not counting two cashiers
If you are a young girl this is the store for you! They had a great sale that we just had to check out. Ended up getting some super cute hair clips and a 2 dollar phone case with sparkly glitter! They also do free ear piercing with the purchase of the surgical steel earrings that range in price. I believe from about $20 and up.
My 6 year old daughter loves this store. The staff here is super nice and helpful. My daughter had questions while she was shopping, the attended that helped her made her feel like a big girl.
Great service, the staff was very courteous and patient. Planned on getting one piercing, but because of their starter kit, I got the pair. They have a decent collection of studs for the initial piercing but obviously not the place it you are looking to buy precious metal accessories. The piercing is free as you'll pay for the starter kit - comes with the piercing stud and a cleansing liquid.
Made an appointment at the Victoria Garden location to pierce my daughter's ears for the 1st time, the previous reviews are so true. Girls working there are not pleasant. My daughter was excited to pierce her ears for her birthday and the employees had a bad attitude and just talked to each other while we waited in an empty store. We left and had a way better experience at the Ontario Mills location.
We took our daughter there for her birthday. My daughters love shopping there. It was late and the store was closing in 15 minutes. Mia, the attendant, was busy. It appeared she was there by herself. She was attending some kids at the register and asked if we were going to shop if not we can get out. She’s smirk so I figure she was joking albeit it was an inappropriate way to jest. I dismissed it at first because I took it as a joke. She was still attending the same kids as the boy was getting his ears pierced. It appeared to me that she was going to attend them for some time so I asked her if she can ring us up. The kids were looking in the mirror and pondering. She was just standing there so I thought she has time to ring us up and get back to them. Her reply was shocking and surprising. She said, “you can wait.” I was shocked to get that reply. I’ve never gotten that reply at Claire’s. The workers there always appeared to like their job and are friendly with the customers. I realized Mia has a terse personality and is a rude person. I wanted to leave. I figured it wasn’t worth shopping there any longer but my ten year old looked forward to shopping there all day for her birthday. I decided her joy was worth more that Mia’s rude behavior. I did let my wife know we weren’t shopping there any longer. It’s a shame. My girls really love Claire’s.
The store was kept clean and organized. Not offering ear piercings at the time. Sometimes Claire's stores can seem disorganized and u kept. This store was very neat and tidy. There was an employee straightening and cleaning and checking in on customers. Definitely one of my better Claire's visits.
I got my ear pierced Saturday and the technician who did it was very nice and knowledgeable. Love how it came out
I took my son to get his ears pierced this past Saturday and the lady who did it so sorry her name escapes me was so informative, friendly and funny! It made the experience pleasant and memorable. I also loved all the variety of accessories, I definitely be back.
