Angie was quick to help me, she brought me the perfect outfits in my size and saved the day. I had been to several other stores and was about to give up hope on a perfect outfit for my job interview. I had zero help at other stores in Victoria Gardens, express and macys to name a couple additionally everything fit me so bad I was beginning to think I needed to hide under a rock. The minute I put on the slacks I immediately could tell the difference in quality and fit. The pencil skirt looks so cute and the blazers are amazingly flattering. I have a really large bust and usually look ridiculous in a blazer. Great job Angie On a side note I was standing in Macy’s ordering stuff on Amazon for fear it was my only hope

I would like to thank everyone that worked in the store yesterday afternoon on the 26th. Especially Angie! They all did their best to help me with what I needed- the colors, sizes, etc. and Angie even gave me a few tips on how to use my iPhone yes, in WHBM while she was assisting with my purchase to make my life a bit less complicated. Thank you all. It was a great shopping experience.

I used to love this store. Lately the service is awful. I did not feel welcome at this particular location. I even called the cooperate office to share my dissatisfaction. This store is walking distance from my house. I would rather drive tot he store in Irvine where I am treated with respect and as a valued customer.

I have spent >$5000/year at this boutique for over a decade. 80% of my professional wardrobe is WHBM and I have primarily had positive experiences here. Today, I interacted with a store employee who cursed at me and then a manager who gave me a $25 store credit for a $100 sweater with a 3” manufacture defect hole below the sleeve which I missed upon purchase. Because I had removed and left the tag at home, $25 was all it was worth. I’m working to contact corporate management to discuss this event, which prevents me from shopping at this location again.

I went in to this store in 2017, the lady who helped me was super great. I bought over $600 in clothes that day. I ordered a pair of pants online for $60+ and it was supposed to get shipped to my house. I NEVER got them. I went to the store and they told me to contact corporate. It’s now 2021 and I still don’t know what happened to my pants. I tracked them with FedEx but nothing, I still have the receipt.. I know it’s been 3 years but I basically lost money... that’s the reason I stopped shopping here.

Employees always have an attitude and are pretty rude. Not a welcoming place anymore.

Dawn the store manager is AWESOME!!!! She went ABOVE and BEYOND today with a problematic huge return due to Covid 19. She spent over an hour on the phone with customer service. I now will only shop in person as well as online at her store going forward. Thank you Dawn for your help and hard work.

Excellent boutique and staff

The victoria gardens location is the reason I stopped shopping at WHBM stores, I walked inside the store at around 1:20pm there was no other customer except for me, there were two employees complaining about a customer that returns items all the time, which I think is extremely unprofessional, both of them were so busy complaining that neither of them bothered to acknowledge me, the only reason I gave this store one star is because as I was leaving the store another employee walked out of the back and started greeting and asking if me and another customer needed any help... for now I will continue to shop online and only step into this location if I have to return something.
