While the service at Victoria Gardens, Rancho Cucamonga, CA is outstanding, the clothing choices are limited. Since you advertise sizes ranging from petite to plus size, there needs to be all sizes available. I also felt like I had already seen most of their stock on line. This store needs and deserves the latest fashions in all sizes. There are many affluent shoppers you are missing.

I’ve never been disappointed in anything I’ve ordered from Soft Surroundings. I’m visiting my daughter and there is a brick and mortar SS nearby in Rancho Cucamonga. I checked online to see if they had the Tulum dress in teal. It was out of stock on the website when I looked earlier in the summer. It was in stock on line and I called the store to see if they might have it in stock but they did not. They offered to order it for me with a 30% discount and free shipping. Great deal, great customer service, great products!

Okay this is my new addiction!! The quality of the clothes speaks for itself! Then there is the design and colors! Oh man. Okay to top it off. Staff is always so helpful
