It's my birthday. I have rewards which gave me a free outfit. Its pretty cute too. When I joined loft card it was around my birthday too and I was hooked up that time with their clearance sales and birthday reward. Now they give rewards which is nice bonus with their clothes being a bit pricey. I would bought a sweater if it was my color and size.
The clothing is wonderful but it ‘s the customer service that is awful. They act like you are a bother when they are helping you out . They do not greet you when you come in. If you are a minority they ignore you. I have been there 3 times and thought it was my imagination that they ignore minorities but the three times I have been there they greet and help the person next to me and ignore me. I have to ask for help. They don’t greet or say thank you for into the store when checking you out. I must say this is the store that is closest to me because many have shut down. I think The Loft needs to train their employees on better customer services . I also think a secret shopper on behalf of the Loft should go in an see how minorities are treated . Also it’s a shame that despite the Loft closing many stores the employees that still have a job are still providing bad customer service. I can see why The Loft is losing money on sales.
I love it when you can return an item bought online... and then turn around and take advantage of a 60% off sale!! Great customer service, sales, and selection!!
