We made a trip to the ER tonight and we were treated with such great care during the entire process. The person that checked us in did not catch her name was friendly, quick and efficient. The nurse Karmon that took us back was friendly and very competent. The other nurse Chelsea, I think was very kind and helpful. The guys came in to take an x ray, very nice and quick. Dr. Ball came in, great bedside manner, treated us in a kind manner and got us taken care of quickly. I was very impressed with the teamwork, atmosphere and the care. Thank you.
Billing department does not return calls left on the phone, does not return answers to hand written letters, does not understand how to file insurance properly and does not understand when you have to write something off. I have received one bill for $230.03 four months ago then I didn’t receive anything waiting for insurance then they send me a bill for $26 which probably should’ve been written off. I got that bill two weeks ago and yesterday I received another Bill For $230 again so the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. However, my doctors are great. Avoid this billing department if it all possible. You cannot communicate with them by letter or phone calls, but they sure as hell will turn you over to collection, which is probably what’s gonna happen next.
I had a 3D mammogram . The staff were very nice, professional and timely. Candice was awesome and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable throughout the process. Will definitely keep going to HHC!
I have to say my visit today in the ER was amazing! The nurses and doctors were so great! I’m not sure of the two ladies names but they show that love and care for their patients. They gave a lot of good information and explained what’s going on so I could understand.
From the time I walked in the door, I was immediately acknowledged, addressed and the reason for my visit testing was handled perfectly. I had been told to be there too early, received apology, was told that would be addressed also! The rest of the testing and ALL staff with whom I came in contact was more than polite, professional and made me feel completely at ease. Well done!! 10 gold stars if that was available!!
I am in this hospital right now. I will not go too any other hospital! I have had lots of surgery’s here. Best personal EVER!!!!! All very caring! If you need a hospital in Claremore try this one! I love it. Such GREAT care
My experience and expectations were met, all of my nurses were very helpful. I had a previous bad birthing experience due to my own personal body complications. The nurses were aware, and made sure all went smoothly. Dr. Hyden is the best OB! Hyden has been on top of all of my complications throughout this pregnancy, she's very understanding, and very caring.
Zero Stars, never go there. They are in the business of keeping you there as long as possible. My husband got treated terribly, got sicker there, and they only wore gloves when requested. Went for Pneumonia, and they wanted to treat him for all sorts of other things, and thought he may have to stay for 2 or more weeks. We had to refuse certain treatments that he was having a bad reaction to, but yet they blamed it on other things. He left worse then when he went in. Checked out as soon as his breathing was under control, 2 days later. Would have been better off driving to a different hospital in Tulsa.
This place goes above and beyond to make sure your stay there is more than anything u would expect, I got my gal bladder out,they pampered me like crazy,the er staff was so kind and worked quick to help me . And after the surgery, the nurses and staff was awesome all the way until I was released,I give them 5 stars,thank you hillcrest
Currently leaving the ER, for a dislocated knee from 2 days ago. That is still swollen, painful, and I can’t even walk or bend my leg. Triage nurse did not take me seriously. And as a fellow nurse you should listen to what the Pt concerns are! The nurse practitioner came in announced I could walk okay as I limped from the bathroom. Then said it was probably nothing but we’ll do an x-ray. X-ray techs were amazing! Nurse practitioner came back and stated the radiologist hasn’t seen the scans but it looks okay to him, and he’s going to let me Dc with hctz. Why was I given a diuretic when i need my knee evaluated! I’ve had dislocated knees before and this is not a normal for me! The staff seriously need to take Pts seriously!
