My flight was unexpectedly re-routed to Detroit and passengers were put up for the night. This hotel is very dated. The representative was nice, but they didn't anticipate having to accommodate so many people at one time. They didn't have enough staff on hand. Although tidy, this hotel clearly needs some work. I could not contact the Front Desk to let them know I needed bath linen. Their phones did not work. I had to call using my own mobile device and go down to the front desk to collect them. I'm sorry, but I cannot recommend this hotel.

Pros: 1. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport 2. The shuttle service was punctual both ways 3. The price was good 4. The bed was comfy Cons: 1. The room was quite dated. Especially bathroom desperately needed some upgrade. Bathtub looked disgusting to me, so I had to use a towel to stand on it. 2. Avoid leaving your credit card details for accidental charges. I stayed for one night, and when checking out I noticed 18 USD snack charge. Since I have never purchased anything from the hotel, I immediately notified the front desk lady. To my disappointment, she told me she couldn't remove the charge as this needed to be authorized by the manager who was not present. Now I believe it will be a battle to get my money back. Apparently, they don't have any system in place to prevent people from charging their purchases to other rooms.

Not far away from Detroit, this hotel is great if a you have a fly to take thanks to his position near the airport. Even though it's pretty close from it large walls and windows doesn't allow the plane's sounds to get to you. Breakfast is from 5 to 9am. The gym is pretty small but has enough machines to work with. It's open 24/7. Rooms are clean and the staff is kind and attentive.

The bar, food and bartender, Bill are top notch! Bill's attention to detail and friendliness with all of his customers is refreshing. He went out of his way to make sure my needs were met! I would definitely stay here again. The shuttle and ability to leave your car here is also an added plus!Rooms: 4/5

The room was clean and comfortable. There was limited selection on the TV. Breakfast was acceptable however I suggest a healthier option for cereal such as Raisin Bran or Special K. The check-in/check-out process was easy and quick. I would stay there again.

Excellent staff helped solve all my booking issues that were all my fault for booking on little sleep, and they were nice to work with. The rooms were good quality for the price, and I appreciated the clear communication about parking and shuttle service. There's even a restaurant on site. Of the places near DTW I've stayed, I'll come back here.

The staff was kind. It had a quaint little bar & restaurant, where we ate one evening. It was the best meal we had in Detroit! The chef was friendly & made a great breakfast; eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles, cereal, & coffee! The bed was very comfortable & the room was clean!Rooms: 5/5

Good for aeroport travel. Breakfast was a good buffet. The room was decent with a microwave and bar fridge. With the well-stocked snack dispensary beside the lobby it fit the bill for a light nutritious supper. With the breakfast buffet and the shuttle we were able to have a comfortable night and arrive at DTW in good time for our early flight.

Value for money hotel very convenient to get to airport with excellent shuttle service. Rooms are basic and there is only one lift and no signs to point out way to lift. One may have to walk long time to get to room and also can get confused due to no direction signs to liftsRooms: 3/5
