I've been going here about 12 years, almost since they opened. People who are giving a one star based on one bad staff experience ? I can't agree. Everyone is always friendly to me and very personable. Of course, things have changed since Covid. Materials take time. Staff is hard to find and occasionally inexperienced. I'm primarily a pool user so I will state the one thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars. The women's locker room is dangerously slippery when there's tons of people. It's attractive flooring but not safe. There are no hand dryers or hair dryers, so you must lug sopping wet clothing and towels to your car. That's it. That's my concern. Add rubber mats and 4 hand driers. Then it's an easy 5 stars.

The pool area is like a water park!!!!!! Super warm lazy river, water slide, HOT tub, lap pool, splash pad and more! The cafe has amazing food. Everyone is so nice and there is so much to do here. And our insurance helps pay for a part of the membership!

The front desk guy I spoke with this morning is the most rude person I have even met in my entire life. One he clearly cannot read what's on the flier and two he doesn't want to be bothered at all. I wonder what criteria are used to hire people over here.

The pool is great! No issues there. Rating a 1 due to the poor party planner. I left multiple voicemails/email and never was acknowledged! I expressed I was booking way in advance due to family that needed to make flight arrangements to attend. After 2.5 weeks of being ignored, I booked elsewhere. Their party planner responded in less than 2 hours. Please work on professionalism!

They are charging parents to WATCH their kids swim$10 resident/$15 non-resident? And your prices went up?? That's not adding up!!! If you're SO worried about parents lying to swim for free, get wrist bands..DUH! and if someone is swimming without one, make them GET OUT. Also, you let people wear street CLOTHES in the pool?!?! How ghetto is that?Gross.

This place is way over priced for how dirty the bathroom was. The lifeguards allow kids to dive head first and to be unsupervised. My daughter and I were in the hot tub while two other couples were allowing their kids to dive and dunk under. I am very clear with my daughter that this isn't allowed. She sat next to me patiently as a life guard came up and told her specifically not to dunk her head. Both women and I said she wasn't and he insisted she was. Never once did he correct the other families. Maybe because they were boys? We will not be returning and will be expecting a full refund.

We had a birthday party here today and it was by far the best definitely would recommend thanks for a great time

Tried to book a birthday party here I emailed the coordinator multiple times since January 2023 she never got back to me so I decided to go in person just for her to tell me all slots were book when she could’ve just emailed me that. I felt like that was unprofessional on her behalf.

I've only used the lazy river and the lap lanes. Lazy River water temp is 88 degrees. I can get a good workout since I'm 5 feet tall and the water in the lazy river comes up to my neck! I look forward to my exercise walking/swimming every day. I would say the majority of people are seniors getting their non-impact walking exercise in the lazy river.

Kiddos love being here. My daughter oddly enjoys the jacuzzi. She also loves the lazy river. Well controlled. Was confusing about the fees, invited company as a resident I was paying for all was given different prices and feedback. Also, different areas of the pool is closed due to cleaning issues according to patrons
