The worst customer service I have seen and experienced in my 25 year career. Clark clinic NEVER answer phones calls. How can a service member, retiree, or even family members get the proper care if no one answers? Either the phones are purposely set to low ring or are set for phone calls to be redirected to WOMACK to alleviate the phone calls traffic at Clark. Where is the professionalism? Who handles these kind of issues other than ICE system, which doesn't do anything to fix issues? Why there is no accountability? I would not recommend anyone to go there.
My family and I have been going here since 2014-2018 then 2021 to present. I never had issues with them. I book my family appointment online it is faster that way. Everyone in this clinic is so friendly especially that guy in the lab he been there for as long as I can remember. We never really had to wait long however I think they need to improve when it comes to taking phone calls its almost no one answers their phone even though I have never seen this clinic busy ever.
As long as you get the right contact in Clark and the right provider the appointment wait time is decent and you are taken care of well. Aid stations are a different story entirely though..
What’s the point of having a sick call if you can never use it? You do everything they ask, show up at this time, with a sick call slip, you’re violently sick and limping and they tell you ‘sorry, try again, come back later ’. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. In the past three years nothing has changed and you are not their priority.
Lab staff was awesome! Whole staff, but specifically the lady at front desk that also took blood was fantastic! Didn't catch her name, but deserves to be recognized.
The lady that is in charge of flight physicals Ms. Cortz or Cortez? is completely unprofessional and flat-out mean. The people who work at the clinic treat service members like literal garbage. It's sad that service members have to take this level of verbal abuse. The lady at overseeing flight physicals, specifically, was verbally abusive to me because I am a member of the LBGTQ+ community. I couldn't believe the way she was treating me nor the comments she made. If this woman worked in a civilian health clinic, she would be fired.
Their phone systems are horrible. The advice nurse number is down. I had to call 7 times and was on hold for hours only for them to continue to end my call. It has taken hours just to get someone on the phone to make an appointment. The absolute worst clinic the army has to offer. This is how you care for your soldiers? You’re better off going to a med express, or just walking into the clinic and making appointments in person. I wish I could give this place 0 stars.
If you're oh so lucky to have your PCM is placed here, good luck. If you need to schedule with your PCM, be prepared to wait AT LEAST a month. The medical staff anywhere near the smoke bomb area are near impossible to talk with over the phone, unless you have over an hour to wait on hold.
Never can get an appointment quickly because they can’t keep doctors. Made an appointment in April that wasn’t until late July. They also never answer the phone. Been at Bragg over a year and had to go several times. Never have that answer the phone, whether my cell, the SDN, or the platoon office phone
This clinic never answers the phone and team A desk is so rude. I prefer to go to team b. Wait times are always so long. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anybody ever!! It’s so crazy how a military clinic treats their ppl. I’d rather go off base! Y’all really need to DO BETTER Clark ! & answer the phone !!!!
