When you have lost a love one it's not a fun time for you.. You are emotionally messed up and the Clark- Brown Family put two of our family members to rest...Both times there was Love, Support, Understanding...They made us feel like Family and was mourning with us.... During this time we had questions and financial problems. They worked with us and were understanding, honest and helpful. The funeral director Carla was very rude and not professional at all!!!!! No sympathy or compassion for the family!!! I would never suggest this funeral home to anyone!!!! The best employee was the bread man can’t remember his real name!!! Poor poor service!!!!! My dad did look handsome besides minor things

All staff members were professional and they provided an excellent service for our family. They went above and beyond all of our expectations and worked with us every steps of the way. We are truly grateful and honored for everything.

Extremely rude on the phone. It blows my mind that any business owners out there today act like that and still have a company to operate, especially in an industry where the customer is often in emotional distress. Good luck moving forward - I'll just take my business to Russell, Salem, or Hayworth-Miller.
